The staff's attention is terrible when placing an order through drive thru.It is assumed that you order takeout and not have to get out of the car because you are tired and just want good service and to be able to enjoy your order.The lady who served me today 02/28/24 a moment ago was somewhat rude and would not make me want to order again at drive thru

They need new management and new staff members for that drive thru. Man every time I go there’s either teenagers that are high out of their minds or I get that guy “Andy” who has a nasty attitude every time I ask for Caesar dressing. 30 mins explain to the manager that all I wanted was sauce? Man It sucks to see such a good place with good food go to waste.
