I come here pretty often but lately everything I come the chicken is under cooked and I have to end up throwing it away and the fried yuca would be over fried and filled with burnt crumbs. I haven’t wanted to leave a review since I under stand a mistake could happen once but it’s happening consecutively now

This is the second time that I order by drive-thru and I ordered the family meal that comes with pork and plantains and I’ve had the bad experience or bad luck because they don’t give me the plantains that are included in the family meal. I would like for them to be more observant when making the order since this is a full service and I’m paying for it.

There is a lady that was wearing red, and she was completely awful, might be the same girl with attitude someone mention before, and she blames the guy at the register for everything, she was completely horrible, forgot everything, and with really bad attitude

This has today in the morning around 12:30 pm Wednesday 12/18 /24 There are two lady’s in front of the store one is taking order and the other give- it to you names FELICIA and ANGELA that really should not be working in this place at all this two lady in the front are very very rude they both have a very bad customer service super bad I order 2 tropchop and they brought me something else went I try to tell them both that this has not my order they treated me really bad they told me they can’t change my order and they didn’t let me explain to them that this has not my order and really really rude this two lady. I alwalys come here at this Calle ocho pollo tropical I have been coming here since this place open never hand a issued or a problem here Everyone is super nice food is great the people at drive thru the lady is super nice excelent service at the drive thru
