This has today in the morning around 12:30 pm Wednesday 12/18 /24 There are two lady’s in front of the store one is taking order and the other give- it to you names FELICIA and ANGELA that really should not be working in this place at all this two lady in the front are very very rude they both have a very bad customer service super bad I order 2 tropchop and they brought me something else went I try to tell them both that this has not my order they treated me really bad they told me they can’t change my order and they didn’t let me explain to them that this has not my order and really really rude this two lady. I alwalys come here at this Calle ocho pollo tropical I have been coming here since this place open never hand a issued or a problem here Everyone is super nice food is great the people at drive thru the lady is super nice excelent service at the drive thru
but this two lady’s in the front are terrible FELICIA and ANGELA are really bad customer service…
the lady that alwalys helps me with the food is in the front is Ana, Ana she really nice lady Always willing to help And with great customer service the manager should really start looking into this two lady’s in the front they are terrible bad customer service very rude both lady … If had a business I really wouldn’t have this two lady’s at the front of this store no customer skills at all I work myself with customer service so I know that you never treat a customer bad like this Food here is great and all the staff are amazing I been coming here for years and years no complaint but this two lady in the front this second time I have a problem with them FELICIA and ANGELA

The person taking the order out front up to the person giving me my food, it was excellent all around. Nothing was missing in my order and everyone had smiles on their faces.
Today I ordered online, the guy was very kind, I repeated the address more than 5 times and still the girl when she was on her way told me that they gave her the address, too bad she had to make another delivery, well it wasn't my fault that they didn't copy wrong address. Until I gave him the address and he told me that he would come after delivering the other order and finally when my incomplete order arrived I asked for extra rice, they didn't send it to me or the beans, which was poorly served to be honest.

75% of the the order in incorrectly bagged. Only it’s too late to see when you get home instead of white meat it’s all dark meat:/ Last time I went I had to make sure it was correct. But only I didn’t see that the chicken breast were sliced in half, the top half so it was half of the meant and mostly bones being the breast was half thin. Not sure why the employees do this! but I payed for something I never got too manny time at this place. They do t give the amount of sauces needed with the order I am not sure if they are lazy to pack more or if it comes out of their pocket or they just give to people that speaks their language or what !!! And they give attitude and create eye contact with their colleagues and laugh like I’m an idiot lol. With so sense customer service ROSI. No acknowledgment or greeting the customer. Until you yell for their attention. I understand what I am saying because I have worked in this industry for 10+ years and I know what’s going on with their body language sense of urgency and face expressions on the communications with each other. Please place people in this work environment that are qualified not because it’s a friend of a friend. Can be the best food for cheap but the experience is not at more expensive if it’s bad experience. Even the food will be unpleasant to eat knowing your giving money to an establishment that don’t care for their customers or have experience on running their business. Hope this can help the them fix their training/ hiring issues and increase their customer satisfaction.
