Sadly lately I can only have delivery now and this is the location they use, terrible, burn chicken or half cooked, what a difference from the one I used at Dixie and 27 ave.

Very full. So the service is very slow and it was after 2 pm. Bathroom were not cleaned properly, water around the floor. The tables in the main salon were not clean and garbage can overloaded...That happens when the managers stayed in their office and doesn't walk around their store.
I gave this place one star, not because of the food, but because of the manager's poor customer service skills. The chicken and black beans and rice were good. Unfortunately, we found a piece of hair in our soda cup. What made it so awful was that it was not discovered until we tried to get a refill. This is not acceptable. I brought this to the cashier's attention who said he'd let the manager know. At no time while we dined did the manager approach us.
I asked to speak with the manager when we were leaving. His nonchalant attitude and response that he wasn't told about the incident annoyed me.

I had a great experience at Pollo Tropical! The chicken was cooked perfectly — juicy and full of flavor. The rice and beans were spot on, and everything tasted fresh. Service was super fast and friendly, which made the whole visit even better. Definitely coming back soon!

The cashier was rude ! I said my order 3 times ! Not good customer service. After explaining a few times she was the one upset more of me ! However the order was wrong and she wants to blame me! 8:36pm on a Friday night November 7! She needs training ! Very defensive like a did something, just because I asked about a missing item ! After I paid for it to be added when it supposed to be a combo ! Never going again …. She has short black hair with an unprofessional attitude! Sorry to write this ! I don’t want it to happen to someone else.
