Very full. So the service is very slow and it was after 2 pm. Bathroom were not cleaned properly, water around the floor. The tables in the main salon were not clean and garbage can overloaded...That happens when the managers stayed in their office and doesn't walk around their store.

I had a great experience at Pollo Tropical! The chicken was cooked perfectly — juicy and full of flavor. The rice and beans were spot on, and everything tasted fresh. Service was super fast and friendly, which made the whole visit even better. Definitely coming back soon!

Elizabeth provided amazing service during my visit to Pollo Tropical. She was welcoming, attentive, and made sure everything with my order was perfect. Her friendly attitude and professionalism really stood out and made the experience even better.
