Literally the worst pollo tropical location in all of Miami. Ordered for pickup? Check your order very carefully 5 times before you leave because there’s a 100% chance that they messed it up or left something out. And then they WILL give you attitude for bringing it to their attention and acting like if your request to get what you paid for is an inconvenience on their end. If I could give this location 0 stars I would.

I recently visited Pollo Tropical at NW 7 ST and 37 AVE, and I was genuinely impressed! The food was fresh, flavorful, and served fast — perfect for a quick bite that doesn’t sacrifice taste or quality, and relatively healthy. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly and efficient. 10 out of 10!

I visited Pollo Tropical for dine-in and ordered a TropiChop with Mojo Roast Pork. The meal was mostly good, but the beans were not up to their usual quality.
At the counter, the staff member told me: “Te debo la yuquita, se está friendo” (I owe you the yuca, it’s still frying). I let her know: “Okay, I’ll start eating; please let me know as soon as it’s ready.” Unfortunately, she never called me back.
After finishing my meal, I approached the counter again to ask about the yuca. She simply said: “I’m sorry, I forgot.”
While the food was decent, this lack of follow-through on service was disappointing. I understand things can get busy, but a little attention to customer requests would have made the experience much better.

I came Sunday dying to eat at pollo tropical every time we ordered something they didn't have it so went to burger King instead they have everything but hate ordering thru a machine no more employees no were sad
