Went for a pick up order and was missing items always double check before you leave, never gave us our sauce that we payed for when I asked said that they didn’t had any, when they had and the portion of food in the plate is very tiny for the money spent. Don’t promise people “until midnight” if you can’t deliver the same quality throughout the day.

Tropical Roach Chicken

🪳🪳BEWARE!! STAY AWAY FROM POLLO TROPICAL!! THEY SERVE COCKROACHES WITH THEIR FOOD!! I ordered plantains and ate a roach!! 🪳🪳All that was left was a leg at the bottom of my dish!! THE FORT MYERS FLORIDA LOCATION IS FILTHY!! 🪳🪳

Do not order catering from here without triple checking everything. They didn’t give us enough food for our order and when we called back, the staff confirmed they messed up and said we could come back and pick up more but we were already 30 minutes away and had to go buy more food closer to feed 30 hungry soccer boys. They would not even consider giving us a refund for that part of the order at all…terrible customer service. We had to spend double the amount of money bc we immediately had to go out and buy something else. I have pictures and receipts and everything.

I placed an order on the drive-through at around 7 pm today. I was told to park upfront. There were 3 or 4 other cars waiting. After waiting for more than 10 minutes, an employee came out with a bag. People were yelling their orders at him because he had no idea who ordered what. My order was given to another car and then taken away when I told him that I was there before. I realized when I got home that it was missing a large order of fried yucas and the sauces and the containers were open. Gross I ended up throwing it out since I don’t know who opened it and what they touched. What a disaster. I wasn’t given a receipt either. There were no numbers assigned and apparently no note was made as to which order belonged to what car. The guy didn’t even know what car the food belong to. What a horrible experience. Very poorly run. Never again

I ordered a ropa vieja tropichop and I got a chicken tropichop, well i almost didn’t even get the chicken i got a few pieces of chicken thats not even a slice of chicken breast, at first I didn’t care I got chicken instead but when I opened it and saw the size of the chicken I lost it. Everything else was acceptable but the tropichop is a steal

They asked me to move up past the window to wait for my food. I waited 10 MINUTES. Checked my bag and after 10 MINUTES I was still missing the yuca fries I ordered. Just got home and checked my tropical trio and it’s missing the black beans. AFTER I WAITED 10 MINUTES past the window for them. Unacceptable.

Would not recommend this Pollo Tropical location.

they have to be closed because nobody know what they're doing i wait. more than 20 minutes in the window line, and then they gave me the wrong order. And I've been waiting. more than 20 minutes from my order...no professional at all i am so mad and I have a baby in the car
