Ordered the BBQ Pork sandwich, which I’ve had in the past, but this time, they served it to me frozen, with very little meat. I was so perplexed by this, that I went back to the drive thru to ask about this issue and a lady very politely let me know that apparently, they now serve it cold. Very interesting, she was kind enough to ask me if I’d like her to warm it up for me, in a microwave I presume. I of course declined, but it was just a very odd situation to deal with. After this “incident” wouldn’t go back and for that price just go to El Palacio de los jugos and get a real pork sandwich.

Went last night with my friends, amazing service form Jose and Gloria, very helpful and knowledgeable of the menu. They best platter us the Tropical Trio great amount and fresh food. Cilantro Sauce, Pinapple and Guava are the best sauces to ask for. Manager Oscar came by the table asking how was everything. Is the first time I go to a Pollo and the service m, the people, food and the cleanest place ever. Amazing job and Kuddos to the management for the team.

I will never buy here again, there is always missing food, sometimes they don't serve the 3 leches or sides dishes, today they sent the meals without rice and beans, this place is disrespectful and when you call or go to ask for what is missing even the manager doubts what you are saying.

Portions of food are very small ridiculous serving sizes.
I arrived at 11pm and was received by the manager who took my order and was very welcoming. I ate in and the food was fresh even though it was close to closing time. They were playing cool music, everything was very clean, and all the employees were very nice. I tagged it in my maps app so I know to come back!

everytime i go to this place they leave everything opened. all the beans literally fell all over the car and my house bc its so hard to apparently make sure the packaging is closed. also their sauces r always expired so don't ask for sauce unless u want food poisoning. this place needs better workers.
