I arrived at 11pm and was received by the manager who took my order and was very welcoming. I ate in and the food was fresh even though it was close to closing time. They were playing cool music, everything was very clean, and all the employees were very nice. I tagged it in my maps app so I know to come back!

everytime i go to this place they leave everything opened. all the beans literally fell all over the car and my house bc its so hard to apparently make sure the packaging is closed. also their sauces r always expired so don't ask for sauce unless u want food poisoning. this place needs better workers.

This is my to-go place to go to if I don't have enough time. My kids love it. It doesn't equate to a fast food place, but you can get decent food on the run.

The food is great. I just had an issue with one of the young female workers here. My dad was ordering take out and just asked if they could apply the senior citizen discount to his order she said to remind her when he pulled up to the window. He reminded her but she was too busy talking to another worker to even pay attention or listen. she nodded her head after he said it and then he asked again once she charged him. The woman gets upset at my dad because apparently he didn’t remind her and starts lowkey raising her voice and being disrespectful. It was honestly not a big deal if they just weren’t paying attention but girl don’t give someone attitude especially when he wasn’t even upset, especially an old man. It was never that deep. McDonald’s worker behavior.

Dear pollo tropical Last week I went to you guys place with my family and I had the worst experience possible with the manager. She was extremely unpolite. The food was great and the workers too and the guy on the front cashier. But unfortunately we had a very bad experience with the manager. I don’t think of ever coming back to that place. Thank you.
The staff was patient and friendly. We ate in the restaurant the tables, floors and bathroom were very clean.

…I would like to draw attention to the general manager of this establishment, due to the mistreatment of the night shift manager towards the workers, tell the young teenagers Joan and the other, I couldn't see their name, they were operating the cash register. and receiving the orders, on the night shift yesterday Nov 22/2024 around 7:30 pm...their treatment of them in front of the clients was the worst, without the slightest respect towards them, generating nerves and shame in the presence of the clients, he also addressed incorrectly the clients that the young man was serving at that time... perhaps these guys are in the learning stage but eager to work, it is a shame that people like this are in front of to a work team, mistreating their staff in this way seemed abusive to me, it is not possible that in a country of laws things like this happen... the experience really was the worst...

I love propical chicken but this is the second time that they have given me the beans open and my car is full of food and I have to send it to be washed, the first time I didn't complain because I thought it could be an accident and the second time I called they told me that They would give $10 for the inconvenience 😒😒 that doesn't even pay for the washing of my carpets, they simply lost a customer
