I arrived at 11pm and was received by the manager who took my order and was very welcoming. I ate in and the food was fresh even though it was close to closing time. They were playing cool music, everything was very clean, and all the employees were very nice. I tagged it in my maps app so I know to come back!

Last week I went to you guys place with my family and I had the worst experience possible with the manager. She was extremely unpolite. The food was great and the workers too and the guy on the front cashier. But unfortunately we had a very bad experience with the manager. I don’t think of ever coming back to that place. Thank you.

Of all the fast food franchises, Pollo Tropical is the one that has left me the most satisfied. The service was average, nothing to criticize and nothing to support. And the atmosphere of the place is boring. You feel neglected
