i come here every day before work and its always fire, also i came in at 11 55 pm today and they still were able to get me a whole chicken and they made fries for me fresh, ive been to other pollos and they will say no to these requests, but this store went above and beyond. Brenda went out of her way and it really just made my whole night I just had to talk about it here.

I live 2min away from this location and I go to another one that’s further, just because the employees don’t speak English,/understand it very poorly they never get my order right.and I as for the same exact thing every time I went there.Then they give you attitude for their employees messing up. Oh yeah they usually run out of steak around 6. Don’t recommend this location at all .

People that work there are so incompetent, they are always missing an item of the order or sending the wrong item, they got it wrong all three times, something as simple as following instructions...avoid this location at all cost. December 26, 2025 I just grab a churrasco thing with black beans and rice… but it was like a salad full of green peppers, corn, onions and tomatoes… churrasco was brilliant because it was no churrasco on it… Sad that everything in Miami is becoming decadent…. Maybe the server was hungry and eat the churrasco that was supposed to be in my plate… Like a scam…🤢🤢🤢

Came in half an hour before closing time and they didn’t have chicken… at POLLO tropical. They were also pretty rude, won’t be coming back.
Food is always consistent, warm, tasty and happy to see they switched to recyclable containers and paper bags with handles.

I have gone to Pollo Tropical various times at many locations throughout Miami. I can easily say this was the WORST experience I have ever had. First let’s talk about the service: We walked in, and ordered with Adolfo (who was clearly on something). We had to repeat our order 4 different times and he still managed to get it wrong. When getting the food, we asked for sauces and Karol could not have been more rude. I simply asked for the regular bbq, and she handed over the guava bbq. I asked her for the regular bbq and she said that there is no difference between the two, and when I pointed out that there is, she abruptly interrupted me and said that they don’t have any more regular (which is just an excuse to not take the three seconds to exchange the sauces). Simply because of her and her attitude, we will never be going back. As for the food, it could not have been worse. The tropichop and Powerade all tasted like cleaning product. It was so abismal after one bite I threw it away because I did not want to get sick. The atmosphere was also the worst out of all Pollo Tropical’s I have been to. Taking into consideration its location, we thought it was going to be cleaner, but we were dead wrong. The place was FILTHY and absolutely DISGUSTING. Not only that, but we truly felt UNSAFE going there.
Due to the lack of quality of other Pollo Tropical foods, KAROL’s attitude, Adolfo’s lack of care, and the unsafe attitude, it is safe to say that we will NEVER go back to this location. -100/10
