Terrific lemon marinated chicken with classic white rice and black beans, the churrasco equally good. If not so hungry you can chose the smaller, regular size meals. Great value for your money. The staff is super friendly and doesn't mind if you speak English. All pleasantly clean and organised in a fast food atmosphere.

I ordered a chicken and a half to take home but they gave it to me burnt. It was raining a lot and I left quickly and couldn't go back. I was frustrated for not being able to enjoy my chicken but I only thought about Silvia, the kind person who packed my chicken and who served me with a smile. She made my frustration less. 5 stars for Silvia.

This place has gone downhill so much more. I’ve been going to this Pollo Tropical for as long as i can remember and it has changed tremendously. The rice is too mushy, the corn is different, and on top of that, the service was not the best. They have attitude when they mess up on things and when people confront them.

This is the Best Pollo Tropical in South Florida hands down!!! I'm not arguing with anybody about that statement the atmosphere is very clean and friendly! The food is always delicious no matter the days I have went there and staff was always friendly. The one thing I see that set them apart from other locations is they announce when your order is ready and that is an awesome thing to do, other locations throughout Florida should do this! The team work I have seen from staff constantly communicating and completing orders are a Super PLUS!!!
