Quite interesting visit to this store really nasty person taking the orders they do not understand that their airplanes going on top of the store had to verify the order five times and when I got to the window the girl was just laughing with the older lady because I had to repeat myself several times

Hello, I’m reaching out to formally express my frustration with two recent bad experiences at your Wellington location.
About a month ago, I ordered a family meal that included pork and yuca fries, and specifically requested cilantro garlic sauces. None were included. When I asked at pickup, I was told there weren’t any — yet I could clearly see them at the counter.
I decided to give it another try yesterday and ordered seven individual meals and one chicken and pork double-protein plate. Again, I asked if the cilantro garlic sauces were packed, and the staff said yes. When I got home, the sauces were missing once again — and the pork was completely missing from the double-protein plate.
It’s very disappointing to pay full price and not receive complete, accurate orders, especially after being misinformed at pickup. This shows a clear lack of attention and customer care. I hope this message is taken seriously and that proper steps are taken to improve service quality at this location.

I had a bad experience at the drive-thru of this Pollo Tropical. I ordered a Tropichop with corn, cheesy yuca bite, but when I got home I realized that all those ingredients were missing. The worst thing is that they did charge me for everything. These types of mistakes are frustrating because you trust that they will give you what you asked for and paid for. Please review the orders better before submitting them. Very disappointed.

I’ve been here multiple times, food was good, service was bad most days. Today I ordered a half chicken and they only gave me black meat (two drumsticks, two thighs) with rice residue from another order, I had to throw it away from disgust. The manager of this location responds to bad reviews and doesn’t even put his name on the responses, he leaves the [your name] placeholder on them, that’s how little they care.
