They never have breast for some reason and only give you one drumstick for the 1/2 chicken breast.

Today, I had the pleasure of being assisted by the store manager, Laura. I placed a large catering order, and she made the entire process smooth and manageable. Since this was a company order, it was a bit more complex, but she handled everything with great patience and professionalism.
While Laura was helping me, Lianet efficiently managed the register, keeping other customers’ orders moving seamlessly.
Overall, the food was delicious, and the service from both employees was outstanding.

STAY AWAY.
Ordering for delivery is just another reason to get a heart attack. These people simply can't have the capacity to train the employees to send a complete order. My last order missed the PORK. Pollo refunded me with a coupon that expires THE SAME DAY forcing me to buy something even when I was not planning to. This store is HORRIBLE.

Every other time I go to the pick-up window, I end up being “helped” by the same woman who is extremely dismissive. It genuinely feels like it bothers her when I ask for condiments, as if I’m asking for something unreasonable instead of a simple part of the order. Her attitude comes across as though she owns the sauces, or that my request is worth a million dollars. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. Staff need to be redirected and reminded that their job exists because of the customers they serve. It’s no wonder so many people prefer ordering online now—who would want to deal with such negative attitudes in person?
Find a new job if you don’t like working serving customers .

To slow, Cashier talking to other employees on the tables where customers eat like they were all on break.... In another situation a employee had food on one hand( eating)i think it was corn and in her mouth and asking me for my order! This isn't the hood lady!

I’m not one to complain publicly about service, and I usually give the benefit of the doubt—but the experience I had here was disappointing enough to speak up.
I normally order the same thing every time..
A quarter chicken with rice and beans and Yuka Bites for delivery . Today for the 3rd time they didn’t pack the Yuka Bites, the first 2 time I didn’t bother because when you call you will not be able to speak to anyone at the store and they really don’t have their own delivery to be able to send you the food, so you really stock with spending time with customer service to try to get. 4 dollar credit that is not really what I need. Today I took the time to drive to the store to get my food. Obviously this people have no customer service training at all to handle any situation, I understand that being a big franchise is hard sometimes to accomplish this but that is why I am taking the time to do this, maybe management can take action and get better training and customer support services to get their clients satisfied. I will continue to order food from here because my kids like it but you need to get your staff trained properly for sure.
The manager is amazing awesome and the staff is a blessing the food was delicious and clean atmosphere

Chicken Caesar salad barely had any chicken on it, also the lemonade had zero sugar super bitter. The service was mediocre and they forgot dressings and side sauces. Definitely over priced for the lack of quality.

The service here is abysmal. The employees are rude to the customers and the manager on shift doesn't speak ANY english at all, not even a little. There is an issue at this location 100% of the time
