To slow, Cashier talking to other employees on the tables where customers eat like they were all on break.... In another situation a employee had food on one hand( eating)i think it was corn and in her mouth and asking me for my order! This isn't the hood lady!

“I don’t normally write reviews, but this time I felt like I had to.” I’m not one to complain publicly about service, and I usually give the benefit of the doubt—but the experience I had here was disappointing enough to speak up. I normally order the same thing every time.. A quarter chicken with rice and beans and Yuka Bites for delivery . Today for the 3rd time they didn’t pack the Yuka Bites, the first 2 time I didn’t bother because when you call you will not be able to speak to anyone at the store and they really don’t have their own delivery to be able to send you the food, so you really stock with spending time with customer service to try to get. 4 dollar credit that is not really what I need. Today I took the time to drive to the store to get my food. Obviously this people have no customer service training at all to handle any situation, I understand that being a big franchise is hard sometimes to accomplish this but that is why I am taking the time to do this, maybe management can take action and get better training and customer support services to get their clients satisfied. I will continue to order food from here because my kids like it but you need to get your staff trained properly for sure.

Chicken Caesar salad barely had any chicken on it, also the lemonade had zero sugar super bitter. The service was mediocre and they forgot dressings and side sauces. Definitely over priced for the lack of quality.

Paid for 2 reg tropichops with girl at entrance to drive thru, no receipt. Out of brown rice, white rice was all stuck together. Window person did not offer any sauces. I realized when I got home there was hardly any chicken, about a quarter portion of a normal tropichop! Wasted $20. Check your food carefully before leaving drive through. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I guess it depends the time of the day They had me pull around to the parking lot obviously it's to not mess up their wait time on the line but enough time for me to write this review ... I've been waiting like 5 minutes and I'm still waiting ... still waiting nothing fancy but crispy chicken sandwich with Caesar salad... still waiting I guess I'm going to have to go inside yeah this is some BS

The food has a great flavor and is cooked well. The wait for the food can be mind-numbingly long. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is always clean when I go in. I love that veterans are honored here with a free meal on 2nd Tuesdays. Thank you for honoring America's vets!

I love Pollo Tropical but you have to eat it there in the place, because every time you order to go they give you the worst chicken they have: dry, cold and burnt, but that's always when you order to go. I'm considering suing, I'm tired of the same thing. 😡😡😡😡😡

Would give 0 star if possible, little girl took order at the drive through, did not give a receipt and when we got home our order was completely wrong, what a shame, specially when you have small kids that are hungry! Horrible service.
