Food is pretty good and affordable, but the wait can be a bit long especially during lunch hours. They also don’t have all the options that other Pollo Tropicals have. And if you order from the campus Grubhub app it doesn’t tell you when the food is ready at Pollo, you just got to check the counter.

Good place if you're tight on schedule and need something done in 15 minutes. That is if you're at the high activity times at FIU. Best to order through grub hub 15 minutes prior when the time nears 12:00 so that you can get your food on time if you're in a rush.
