I just received a catering order I made yesterday after which I paid individual packaging. When the order got here everything came buffet style and when I call customer service they couldn’t give me a resolution. Very unhappy with this service and won’t be ordering anymore from here.

I RATHER EAT A PROTEIN BAR THAN EAT THEIR PORK EVER AGAIN! The WORST pork I've ever had.like wow. Super rubbery, slime & full of more fat than actual meat. Waste of $10. This location is garbage !

Chichen VERY dry w no taste. Looked like were cooked long time BEFORE we arrived.
They DO NO OFFER any type of dressings. No cilintro dressing, no bbq souse, NOTHING.
Near the fire were lots of layers chickens all ready cooked staked on top of each other. Looked very old and dry.
WILL NOT GO BACK.

I placed an order on drive through got home happy to have dinner and when I opened the package they have given me something else completely different. I called them to ask why. I have my receipt and in it it shows what I ordered and the amount I paid. Their answer was I am sorry for the inconvenience. Grrrr. I will never purchase anything from this store. The worst ever

Young lady at cashier bullying of our chicken request description and correcting it to her Cuban language. This is Miami, the land of the Latin America's Melting pot. Clearly she is defined nor will;l be to deal with public. The dining area was filthy, not brought to her attention who is the face representing Pollo Tropical as we could have been exposed for second humiliation.
Is a shame as that local is very close and on our way home. One, first and last visit.

Drive thr is always full so I go in for my takeout. It’s hit or miss my yuca fries were cold, a bit frozen inside. It’s happened before. Not very consistent I have ordered the chicken breast meal and the chicken has been pink inside undercooked. The rice & beans hit or miss sometimes there on point other times not. It’s disheartening when you get home and your food that smells great is not cooked right. $14.00 just for a whole chicken alone.
That tropical chicken, the food was terrible, there was no chicken, waiting half an hour and the food was old, terrible customer service, no professionalism, a lot of mess and no hygiene, they didn't mention it to anyone, you will waste your money.

Some portions of the chicken were raw. In spite of the restaurant being empty, every table (and chairs) were dirty. One of the employees, was eating and vaping at one of the tables in the salon. The guys who took and served our order were nice and attentive.
