Look at this for 30 dollars. This steak is the large. Look at the large salad. Also, look at the side of chicken for 5 dollars. They are exaggerating! The food is not enough, and that's why they give less quantity? This is too much ridiculousness and too big of a scam from Pollo Tropical. It’s an enormous shame! Miserable!

Was at a different ‘Pollo Tropical’ location earlier , then an associate drove me near for over an hour so I needed to use the bathroom. Store only has 1 stall per customer (weird). After I got done using the facility, the associate decided to have a tantrum and dropped my stuff in the front of the property building, but kept my wallet with license & credit cards. Customers near by helped me called the police to receive my stuff returned safely. After my wallet was returned, I waited outside to get an uber but I decided to go inside and purchase something while I waited. One of the staff members told me I can’t order anything and have to leave because they’re going to call the cops on me. While I waited for my uber, the staff member was on the phone with the police. My phone battery was on 1% and the staff member allowed me to go back inside to finish charging as I waited for my ride. Completely rude & unnecessary. Should’ve allowed me to purchase service. Do not recommend. No consideration

Third time I ordered through the website and not once they have got the order right. And to get a refund after another one of their mistakes they force you to install the app and there is no way to get in the phone with a human at their customer service number. Now open until late but not getting your order accurately like in regular hours.

Went through drive thru, ordered 1 half chicken meal and two grilled chicken sandwiches and a Yucatan bites and Yucatan cheesy bites. Instead of 2 chicken sandwiches I got 1 chicken breast in a box.... I went over the order 3 times. Didn't have time to deal with it. Very frustrating. wont be going back

Chicken was very dry I asked for all the dark meat and got a combination of dark and white after not eating Pollo Tropical for 2 years I figured they would have improved they just went lower also there's soup had no taste and that was the main reason I went in there.

I’ve been to MANY… and I mean MANY Pollo Tropicals, but this one? Hands down, no contest — THE BEST I’ve ever experienced! The food was unbelievably fresh, like it had just been made with extra care just for me. And the service? Next-level amazing!
So often at other locations, it feels like you’re just another person in the assembly line — but here, it was the complete opposite. Every question I asked was answered with kindness, patience, and genuine care. The assistant manager in particular went above and beyond — he was friendly, thorough, and even had us laughing in the middle of ordering!
I have some pretty specific food allergies, and instead of giving me the usual “I don’t know,” he actually went into the back to double-check, making sure I was safe and comfortable. That kind of effort is RARE and so appreciated.
I left not just full, but happy — the kind of happy where you’re still talking about it hours later. If you’re anywhere near this location, do yourself a favor — GO! I wholeheartedly, enthusiastically, and without hesitation recommend this Pollo Tropical. 💯

The cashier was very professional and super nice, but it’s 9:05pm on a Saturday night. Cars are surrounding the block so I stepped in because no line inside, I notice everyone inside also waiting. 15 minute wait is unacceptable management do better and fix your operations. I asked for other options and the manager told the cashier everything is taking 15 minutes. I obviously don’t mind waiting it’s just the fact you have a packed restaurant with no food, do better.
