Franchise owner decided he wants more money and now they won’t even give you a decent cup of water. I’ve been getting a proper cup of water with a straw for at least a year at this location. Hell I got one not 2 days ago. Now something’s changed?
This isn’t the first time they skimp, I’ve gotten Tropichops that weren’t even halfway filled with food. Keep pinching those pennies bro, see where it gets you with your clientele.
After many many orders at this location, will not be coming back :-)

This review is really meant to be a review of pollo corporate. In the year of our Lord 2025, their website cannot take into account a time change when placing a catering order. I submitted an order last week to be ready by 12:15 PM Sunday March 9 (spring forward). The restaurant received instructions to have it ready by 1:15 PM. I cannot be the first person that this has ever happened to, which indicates that corporate has decided that they prefer to mess up every order on a time change day, rather than fix the problem. Beware when placing an order around spring forward or fall back that pollo tropical’s system is running on geocities or lycos or some other archaic website software.
