Food can be hit or miss sometimes (over cooked/burnt from time to time). None of them understand English, so it makes it that much more frustrating… They never cease to get my order wrong and always provide the worst possible customer service. I mean today I was standing there for 20 minutes and told the lady three times I had a mobile order and she consistently ignored me until I raised my voice to get the attention of three other employees to finally help me after standing there for TWENTY MINUTES!!! Wish they could do better… I enjoy the food overall but the people suck.
Edit: Thanks Pollo for your copied and pasted generalized response that couldn’t even make the effort to change the script at the end [Your Name Here]. This shows they don’t make the effort to care or change which is unfortunate. But what can ya do 🤷🏻♂️ people don’t know how to provide quality service anymore.

Not too bad to be honest. Sometimes their rice has too much salt but that's probably because of my salt tolerance. But the mere simplicity of the the platters are not only tastes but fulfilling.

This review is directed to the owner of the tropical chicken on 87SW and bird road. Your employees are stealing from you and the public. I have ordered from many tropical chicken locations, and I have never seen a similar lack of respect and shame. I ordered the half chicken option to take away, which includes 2 thighs and 2 fillets, and they gave me a fillet cut in half and two tiny thighs, to top it off fried in burnt oil. I don't know if they take the chicken to your house or sell portions that don't report to you, but it is a lack of integrity towards the customer. I am writing this because it is not the first time that it has happened to me at the 87 sw/Bird Road location. I was checking the other reviews and I see similar comments with an automated response that I assume is a robot, apparently the administration is not interested at all. I attach the photos. I went in and it really felt very clean, I arrived with the lady who served and she was very friendly but a little shy. The food came out very quickly, we ordered some wraps and rice, beans with chicken thigh. The cola was disastrous and left a bad taste in the mouth. The wraps were delicious but very tasteless. I really liked the rice and beans, for a fast food it surprised me. And also their fries, which until now have been the tastiest among fast food restaurants. A negative point is the bathrooms, they are too big to only have a toilet, I feel that they could use more space, since most likely when you go to the bathroom it will always be occupied.

Dietary restrictions: If you have dietary restrictions I do not recommend eating here
Parking: It's easy to find parking
Kid-friendliness: It is not friendly to children, nor is the environment suitable for them

I have always bought at this place but this time I was very disappointed, every day they put less food, the size of the food is much smaller than the previous times, only 2 bananas, the chicken thigh looked like a chicken less than 1 month, the fried yucas come in less quantity and are pale, the beef is a mini steak and cut into 4 small strips, the Beans container gets smaller every day and with a false bottom that takes away the quantity, and for To complete my disappointment they did not give me my bread. I'm not coming back
