Chicken was sooo overcooked and dry. Rice was very little for container, although the Beans were plentyful. *We ordered the "Family Meal". The Cashier taking order was very polite and helpful. But disappointing to pay $20 for a subpart chicken.
It's fast food, at a good price. The premises are very simple. The one I visited had the bins full, so when you go to leave your tray it is not so easy. The drink offering is very good. They have expanded their offering of dishes as well.

Pollo Tropical is consistently one of the better fast food choices in Miami. This location is pretty decent, large, clean, well lit, and delivered food as tasty as the other locations I've been to. They're usually consistent. Service here could've been a little better/warmer/friendlier like offering sauces, etc. There was no toilet paper in the rest room. That all notwithstanding, I'd still recommend this as well as other locations. Tough to beat the value and wholesomeness for the money. There's an outdoor patio too.

Half of the food they give you WILL ALWAYS BE COLD BUT SOMEHOW BURNT AND THE CHICKEN ALOT OF THE TIME IS FATTy. Worst pollo tropical if your hungry theres a burger king right next door. Dont bother with this place unless you like wasting your time.

Tried to contact Pollo customer service for the past three days with no response. Goes straight to voicemail. Had to make a claim with my bank. Did not enjoy the experience and very disappointed.
