I been coming to this pollo tropical for a couple a years already, since 2018. I have notice the service is been getting worse, also I always order the family pack. Today I said I am done, cause they keep not putting the full chicken always missing pieces or not filling all the rice or bean full, always missing or not putting the sauce, like today. I am done with this place. I don’t recommend to anyone. DONE!!👎

Today I had an experience at Pollo Tropical that left me feeling a bit disappointed. I ordered half grilled chicken and kindly asked to replace the rice with beans. I was told this change was “at their discretion” and that “the system wouldn’t allow it,” which surprised me because I’ve always been able to make this substitution without any issue.
When I got home, I realized the portion I received did not look like a proper half chicken, at least not to the standard I’m used to from this chain. It genuinely caught me off guard and left me feeling frustrated, especially since I truly enjoy the food and usually have a good experience.
I’m sharing this with the intention of helping improve the service, not to create any problems. I value the brand, and I hope this feedback is useful so situations like this don’t happen again.

I was surprised to encounter only spanish speaking employees...I'm born and raised in Miami so the culture has changed quite a bit. Anyways I ordered my food and it was good. Although $24 for all that I got was kinda high. I wanted Chipotle, which would have been cheaper, but I did do a side of plantains

I live in Cutler Bay and this location is “on my way” home. First time here, DT service was amazing, super fast. Def coming back
Smelled amazing from the gas station next door. Had to check it out. The family meal fed 6. I had the chicken Quesadillas, amazing. Chicken sandwich was great. Pickles seem like they may be made in house. Friendly service. All around great experience. Never heard of it before but ill definitely search it out again!

They obviously don't follow the rules, and they talk all the time above food, and that includes the manager who participates in this conversation group.
