This pollo tropical actually sucks 😭 deadass waiting who knows how long for yuca bites. They told me they needed to be fried and asked me if I wanted to wait or get something else. I chose to wait. Nobody told me where to park or where to wait so I just parked at the parking lot. Then I waited in my car for a good 20min… and I doubt it takes that long to deep fry cheese and yuca. So I go inside and nobody is even concerned with the fact that I’m just standing waiting near the pickup counter so I go the cashier and he tells me to ask the pickup area. They had no idea someone was parked waiting for yuca bites… so unorganized and so annoying the lack of communication is insane. Get urself together and have designated parking spots like McDonald’s does and keep yourselves organized.

It's the second time I buy from this location and I am missing an item. This time around not only they charged me for an item I expressly said I did not want but failed to include the replacement item in my order. What an unethical way to work.
