Was good. Usually, it is. I only didn't get why when I was trying to order from the app, it said the fastest time for pickup was like 2 hr ahead. The place wasn't even busy. Never happened to me before.

Got a tropical trio take out got like a 1 ounce piece of stake and maybe 1 ounce of por paid over 14 dollars for the plate worker talking loud and arguing among them no regard for the paying customer

Tonight, 4/15/2024 time 8:22 pm, I have received one of the worst services. And even more so because of the shift supervisor, who is supposed to be the person in charge and professional to deal with clients. Nothing could be further away. of that. an unprofessional, insolent person, lack of responsibility and a lot, a lot of education. since when dealing with clients he does it in the worst possible way. I don't know why people like that hire them. I placed an order online and they delivered it to me late I don't know why you have to put up with this, I won't buy from this place anymore and I hope many more people do the same. We are the customers. And if we don't have good service, at least we should. have a good explanation and respect. We have the possibility as clients to bring the places to closure. We should not normalize what is not normal. Bad treatment and bad service is not normal. Do not allow more bad service. This person does not deserve to work in this place. Second time with issue at this location. This time food was good since I didn’t order soup, but 3 tropichop and my son even asked for extra sauce. No sauces at all. Can’t trust drive-thru…. Yes I needed confirmation this place needs to be erased from our list and just got it.
