UPDATE: Sep 28. Pollo completely redeemed themselves. I stopped by the location and spoke to manager. She was very polite and accommodating and provided a fresh replacement meal.
Sep 21 after 10 PM. Two strikes in one night, Pollo Tropical — burnt food, missing items, zero effort. This team clearly doesn’t care about quality or customers.

This is the second time I order from this pollo and the second time they messed up my order. Today I decided to order a Crispy Cilantro Chicken Sandwich for myself and a tropichop for my partner. These people literally put four Hawaiian rolls cut it in half and put a piece of grilled chicken breast and a giant piece of lettuce. And for the tropichop they gave us semi raw rice and no tomatoes or salsa when we specifically asked to be made like that.
There was a roach infestation in the bathroom and it was mentioned to the manager and seems like nothing was handled . DO NOT EAT HERE !
