This was the worst meal I ever bought. I ordered the 1/2 chicken., with rice and beans. When I opened my order there was less than a spon of rice, the roll was hard as aa rock and the chicken was old or reheated. It's tasted like wood. I'm so disappointed. I called for another order and I'm still waiting for a call back. Totally disgusting. I hope they read this so they can do better for other people, because I have to my coworkers. Don't eat there. Shame on them.

I think that they need more staff. I know times are a little difficult and maybe that's why they seem to be short staffed. However, not having enough employees might be the reason why one of the employees was a bit rude and not too friendly. The food was good though.

Everyone is nice except the tall Cuban guy who’s supposedly the manager he’s very condescending, he like to roll his eye and talk to people with an attitude for absolute no reason. I would understand that if someone gave him attitude he would react but it could be the nicest person and he talks to people down and it’s very rude he shouldn’t be working there or as a manager. People from Jackson are stress from working long shift and during their lunch break just need to eat at peace but getting service by this guy is a disaster he shouldn’t be in this location. He messed up my order I told him and he rolled his eyes and didn’t even bother to listen when I was explaining the situation, I will make sure to report him to corporate because I’m definitely not spending my money there anymore.

there is a cuban guy who works cashier ( edit: I guess from reading other post he's the manager) he's very disrespectful and has an attitude for no reason, very poor customer skills. I was asking him a question and he was very dismissive but the lady and younger guy were very nice and helpful. And to make things worst this place is very stingy they took the sauce dispenser and they only gives you 1 small sauce container. After multiple bad experience with that cuban guy I rather not eat there again ever.
