Last night everything was amazing. The food was cooked to perfection. The black beans took me back to pinal de rio as a child taking a bite of Mis Abuelas home cooked beans. Amanda took great care of us last night, will be back very soon!!

This Pollo Tropical used to be a wonder, but lately too many screams, people talk on top of the food and apart from the fact that they gave me the raw chicken and what they gave me rice was I think for the portion of a baby it is a disaster so much that they have raised the prices to offer that atmosphere and that food, it's not worth not coming, it's disgusting

We ordered through Uber eats and they forgot part of our order and sauces! I'll be uploading the receipt from Uber eats along with my review, the food was ok, the beans we got were really watery and a little bland, my yucca bites were cold, as for the chicken bowl I got, it was okay it needed some salt, I probably wouldn't order here again or with Uber eats we've had issues with them in the past, we were really hungry and forgot to check our receipt and order.
I did enjoy the guacamole and garlic sauce that was delicious.
We never received our other chicken bowl, guacamole, guava sauce, garlic sauce, and tostones.
