I love the way the meats are cooked on the grill and the vegetables are fresh, plus the lemonade is delicious 😋 taste like real lemons are used. 10 out of 10!

Terrible experience at this Pollo Tropical! Arrived on time for shelf pickup (order #34676282628980737), doors were closed, and I was shouted at and forced to use the drive-thru. Then, the monitor employee completely ignored me, and they initially refused service claiming they were no longer serving and out of stock! Only after showing my confirmation did they reluctantly give me my order. Awful customer service and total disrespect. No recommendation for worst customer service!
Always priced good but both chicken platters that we ordered were way over cooked. The chicken was very dry.

I had the worst experience at this Pollo tropical I got there like at 9:30 my ticket # 333. The employees there look like chickens without heads there were 7 to 10 employees. Didn't care about cleanlines only Productivity,because half of them when home at 10:00 . It was look more like Factory. The cleanliness was HORRIBLE. And on top of that they sold you uchicke and more expensive an less food I was not the only one that had this complaint. Will not be coming back .

Visited a Pollo Tropical in this location and was impressed by the friendly staff and delicious food. However, it's clear that corporate could be doing more to support their employees or corporate does not care about then at all... I dont know... The extra effort the team puts in to make our meal special isn't reflected in their workplace perks. For instance, the employees went above and beyond to ensure the meal was enjoyable, but it felt like they were doing so despite some underlying issues. To take it to the next level, corporate could consider revisiting employee benefits and work environment. Despite this, employees were attentive and knowledgeable, and the food was consistently hot and flavorful.
