For the amount of money that I’m sure this pollo tropical makes, you would think that they would have a working drive thru speaker to order from instead of a poor older woman ,; standing outside in the POURING rain, no umbrella , no coat, NOTHING. Taking orders on an iPad. There’s no doubt this was why my order was taken incorrectly and I got a different order than what was originally ordered. Seriously , maybe look into providing a better work environment for your employees.
😎😋👍
Love the food.
I'm not sure who to cook was today but i got half a chicken rice and beans my usual. Chicken was overdone in some areas on the outside and raw in the middle.
Good experence
Excellent food and every thing
Great tasting food for a good price. Can't beat that.
Super fast
Super fresh
Love it
Pollo Tropical offers a solid selection of flavorful, Caribbean-inspired dishes at a good value. One of the highlights for me is their coconut shrimp—crispy, lightly sweet, and well-seasoned. The shrimp are a great size and have a nice crunch without being overly greasy.
I also really enjoy their sweet plantains. They’re soft, caramelized just right, and make for a great side dish. If you like plantains, these won’t disappoint.
The service is usually quick, and the atmosphere is casual and laid-back. It’s a good spot for a quick meal that’s different from the usual fast food options. If you’re in the mood for something tropical, it’s definitely worth a stop.

Everyone here is great and the food is good! Of course if you come during rush hour, be prepared to have patience because they get slammed and some of the employees are new. But overall I haven't had any issues at this location
First time at Pollo Tropical. The food was very good.
Stopped by during rush hour. No one was in the drive thru. Found that concerning given how busy it was on the road in front of the restaurant. I placed my order and paid at the window. I was told to pull up even though no one was behind me. My order came out a few minutes later with no napkins and no utensils, I had a quesadilla that ended up looking like a wrap. It packed sauce in half of it. The plantains were very hot and good but I had no way to properly eat them. Poor service here.
1/2 chick + rice for 10$ . It is really good value and the lemonade is tasty too
The people do not speak english
