I came here to order last minute food. The line was short and yet took 20 minutes to order. The lady attending us was extremely rude. And almost dropped our food on the floor. I did drive through by the way. The lady scuffed multiple times and was barely paying attention.

Wow, I went during my lunch break, and the line moved so quickly. They had everyone’s order ready by the time they got to the window. They put utensils, napkins, and sauces in the bag. The food was fresh and the sauces were actually filled up not half empty. I was blown away!

Dear Pollo Tropical Management,
I’m writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent experience at your restaurant. I placed an order online ahead of time, arriving 25 minutes later, only to find that my order was still not ready. I understand that you may be busy, but this lack of preparation was just the beginning of a series of issues.
To start, the order for 5 individuals was incomplete and incorrect:
•    Several items, including fries, yuca bites, and cookies, were missing entirely.
•    Four of the meals were wrong, including a request for brown rice due to dietary restrictions that was ignored in favor of white rice.
•    One sandwich was missing ingredients, and the kids’ meal chicken was cold, hard, and clearly overcooked, with only 3 small pieces.
•    No sauces were provided, and when I asked for some, the staff member was unhelpful and gave me an attitude.
When I called your customer service line (305-662-9035), I spoke with a representative named “Cris J.” who was not only dismissive but also laughed during our conversation. I requested to speak with a supervisor, but Chris stated there was none available. After the call was disconnected in her end, she called back, only to inform me that a supervisor could get back to me within 24-72 hours. This is completely unacceptable.
At this point, I’m not looking for excuses. I expect better service and food quality from a well-known brand. I hope you’ll take my complaint seriously and work to ensure this type of experience doesn’t happen again.
You guys don’t even deserve a one star, but I didn’t have a choice because I had to put a star

Drive Thru was busy so we walked inside and was back out with our order within about 6-8 minutes with everything fresh. They just forgot my mustard sauce so I made some at home and it was delicious

Parking: Right off US1 with plenty of parking if you want to skip the drive thru

Just spent $40 on 2 small plates and one side and I had the tropichop with everything and it just came with rice and beans. If I pay for something as advertised I expect to have everything I asked for. Rude employee at the speaker and at the window. Do not recommend this location and probably won't waste my money here ever again

When to buy a meal for my husband. I order rice and black and the clerk had to charge me $3 more becuase I didnt want chicken. So they charfed as sides. At this point, a meal can me made simply white rice, beans, and maduros. Charge as a regular meal.
