I ordered my food went to the location less than 5 minutes later. I was told my order was not ready to go to the front. Which I had to sit in the front for almost 30 minutes. They're about to close, so I went back through the drive due. Because they came out and brought the food to the other car that was sitting there but completely forgot about me. I go to the window. I say, I'm here to pick up my motor order. They say for what Bad customer service I know why

I ordered the tri chop number 4. It didn't come with any chimneychuri sauce. They were out of straws. And even though it was a small. It had maybe 4 pieces of steak. Another reason I will never go back. Last time I ate the one in Davie was 17 months ago. And your food has gone to garbage. And how can you not have a register properly stocked for business. I was at this location yesterday and had to wait for change and it was short. Time for you to go out of business. And no more basil mic tomatoes.

They are always out of something. Tonight it’s black beans. HOW do you run out of black beans?! Also, they are open till midnight, but don’t advertise that it’s a limited menu. I’ve come here a couple times between 9-10pm and they never want to make churrasco. LAZY. The one time I got them to do it they had to ask 3 different people if it was ok cause I was willing to wait.

I order delivery directly from the PT app. The food is always great, but they never send the chopped onions, rarely send the sauces, and last night the 4 leches didn’t arrive. The bags are never well sealed, just one sticker, therefore I don’t know if the items were not packed or if the Uber driver (PT uses Uber for deliveries, even if you order through their app) takes the stuff.

The place is beautiful but it need more energy because you walk in and feel like if the place feels overwhelming even empty like no good Vibe I only and employees they look like they don't want to work like if something is missing and some instrumental music 🎶 serve with energy smile do things with like is no tomorrow at least. My vacation in Miami Florida was not really good I should of stood home. 😩
