They were running a bit behind on the food today and the manager was very apologetic and brought the food personally. It's the kind of service you don't really get often in Miami.
To start, the employees blame each other, you ask them for a refil and they tell you, I don't have time, tell the cashier that you have the cervisio and the cashier is busy with 15 diners.

Pollo tropical is a great place to eat. But they kinda lowered the quality of food. Our most recent visit to our local pollo tropical was.. ok i guess. The food wasnt that warm like the other times and the yuca was ok too.

Love Apollo Tropical but this wasn’t the best to go meal. I had a 1/2 chicken and it was over cooked and super dry. My little one ordered the chicken chop with rice and beans and they forgot the beans. No biggie. Out of the dozens of times I’ve eaten at a Pollo this was the only time everything wasn’t perfect.
