The cilantro garlic sauce here seems to be made different than at other locations. More white and creamy not the greenish typical hue of the majority of establishments. Mango sweet tea is also very lightly sweetened.

It was terrible. Rude employees + taking more than an hour and a half to take out our order when we ordered 30 minutes ahead. More than 10 people working and only like 10 orders. I’m a manager myself at a fast food place and we make sure to take care of our customers first. Which this location and management team has failed to do. Do better!

I will say that the service is in a terrible state on several occasions. It is very close to work. They serve more people who go by car, every 5 in a car one attends inside. It is very bad. When they are in a hurry, they give you the chicken, dripping blood, if you do. You correct it and ask for it to be changed, they make bad faces and a bad gesture, that place is not going to think about coming back, like me, many more customers that I saw on the same day, upset about the same thing.

The food is good but the people who serve don't know what customer service is 8 people in the kitchen and only two customers at the counter and sure 20 minutes
I stopped by to leave you my reviews and it really is the best tropical chicken in all of Miami. I came almost at closing time and the food had the same quality as if I had come in the morning. They really are the best. The service is a 100 and the quality of the food is amazing. I recommend it. You won't regret it. It is the best place in all of Miami.

In very few places, I took the time to congratulate the work team, Tania, the clerk, even though the place was full, she managed to serve everyone with tremendous efficiency. I love eating at this Pollo Tropical because of the quality of the food, the enthusiasm of its workers and I especially thank the Assistant Manager Tania who, despite the fact that there was a tremendous queue, efficiently served everyone and I was able to eat the black beans asleep like those in Cuba and The grilled chicken was just in time for my break.
