This is not the first time I get home and have items missing from my order. While you are there they make you pull off to the side to wait for your items which I do not mind however, when it happens multiple times it can be quite upsetting. Along with the fact that again multiple items are missing from the order!!!!

If you're hungry or in a hurry, don't even think about going to the one on 107th and Flagler, I don't recommend it. And I say I love Pollo Tropical and I have lunch at this chain every day, but I've been to that store not 1, 2, or 3 times but several times, trying different methods, like buying in-store, self-service, or through the website, and they take forever, and I'm not talking 10 or 15 minutes, but way too long. It's disturbing to be honest and a disgrace to such a good chain that a store gives such a bad image and provides such poor service and such poor treatment to customers. And if I'm lying, the manager(s) should check the cameras and see the way they speak or answer customers.

Pollo Tropical advertise that if you download their app you would get rewarded with $5 off, plus a free Tropi-chop plus a $15 family meal deal which is good, however when you go to this location in 107th Ave and Flagler street to use your rewards they tell you (the cashier and the manager) that the system is not working and that they can not honor the rewards so you have to pay the entire price. They do not give you any solution or use any coupon to make up for the discount. I have gone twice (two Mondays during May and June 2025) and they have done the same to me. The last time I left the food there and bought something else at another restaurant. It is not about the money anymore, it is about the lack of respect to the customer and fake publicity feeling that they project without scruple. Very disappointing. They definitely do not deserved my hard earned money. I rather donate it to St Jude.
A good place to exercise, have a BBQ or do activities, clean bathrooms, there is free parking, there is no food for sale on site, but it is surrounded by places to do so.
Parking: On Flagler st 106 ave NW adjacent to the FIU College of Engineering
The food, as delicious as any chicken. The attention, as bad as that of any establishment where only Cubans work. Cleaning as good as that of a train terminal.
