i went on my 30 minute lunch break to get some food super quick, to even speed up the process i had ordered my food 15 minutes prior to arriving on the app to ensure i could be in and out. the app told me my food would be ready at 12:08, so i got there around 12:12 and went in the drive thru to get my food. the lady attending me on the speaker phone heard mobile order and automatically said “it’s not ready, come to the front in a few minutes”. i waited in my car around 10 minutes giving them the benefit of the doubt thinking they were really busy and went to the front of the store. i see the lady with the headphones attending the drive through saying to another worker “there’s so many mobile orders coming through the line, but i don’t care, they better come in here and stop being lazy”. one thing is to be doing it, another is to be ignorant and admitting it in front of customers lol. when i got my food after another 5 minutes inside waiting because no one was attentive except a young lady with an ipad, my food was so cold and soggy and my drink was warm! yes i am annoyed at being inconvenienced, but really thinking ab it what if it was someone that was physically disabled picking up a mobile order and you make them get down just because you don’t want to do your job and go look for an order is really ridiculous. do better and be more socially aware that you work in an open kitchen where customers can easily hear you.
This place suck, the manager has a very bad logist, every time it's peak time they never have chicken. Also manager attitude very nasty. Totally don't recommend this place.

today, January 4, 2026 I ordered a quarter chicken with rice, beans, and plantains for my two-year-old daughter, and it turns out the chicken is completely undercooked. Terrible food. And I have a picture of what the chicken looked like it was cooked.

Always a tasty meal that is a good value. Even if you order ahead it will probably take a bit because the employees are very busy multi tasking which is fine. They should implement a shelf for to go orders though just to make it easier on them otherwise all employees here are nice and quick

Don’t forget to get cilantro garlic sauce it’s the best part of the meal!
The worst churrasco steak , did not offer chimichurry, only 4 pieces bad taste like liver taste. Bad service, dessert is frozen 3 leches- one spoon of black beans over bad rice overcooked ( aguachao) never again !!!

This location 8/10 doesn’t cook the chicken all the way through. I order through the drive thru and when I get home the chicken is bloody and have to cook the chicken at home. Please make sure to cook the chicken thoroughly.

No one spoke English. I have nothing against Spanish speakers but I would expect the person taking the orders to at least be multilingual. Food was as expected. Wait was longer than expected.

We usually really like Pollo Tropical but they must have encountered a black bean shortage tonight. I ordered the Tropichop and my husband the quarter chicken with rice and beans. The beans on both orders were scarce and dry. Not sure if they’re cutting back to keep prices low but I would rather pay a little more and receive the meal I’m expecting. My husband was disappointed cause he had a hankering for black beans. I promised him black beans for tomorrow.

Unfortunately, the staff at this place does not know common courtesy and respect for others. The worker, Yenisleydi who works the register always gives rude looks and doesn’t want to help when something goes wrong. I was missing food in my order and told her, to which she then rolled her eyes at me. I will from now on be taking my business elsewhere since it’s apparent that the workers aren’t customer friendly.

This is not the first time I get home and have items missing from my order. While you are there they make you pull off to the side to wait for your items which I do not mind however, when it happens multiple times it can be quite upsetting. Along with the fact that again multiple items are missing from the order!!!!
