Pollo fan here but this location is lacking. Lady at the counter checking out online orders doesn’t know how to read names properly. Doesn’t know the difference between Michael and Michelle .. almost gave our order to an Uber driver. And when questioned she gave major attitude … her name was Grecia. Her customer service skills are far from acceptable. On top of that she sealed the order bag a when it was missing sauces … the receipt clearly marks the sauces orders … so why close the order bag when it is not complete. Won’t be going here again. Rice was dryer than the desert.

I placed the order through Uber Eats to pick up, a tropichop of pork and one of chicken, when I got home I was surprised that the pork was spoiled, a bad smell that I almost vomited, I had to vote for it, and I asked for 3 cilantro sauces and they only gave me two, and to make matters worse, one arrived empty because they didn't close it properly and it spilled into the bag, anyway, first and last time I order from this tropical chicken. what a disaster

I arrived at the drive thru and ordered 2 Cuban sandwiches and they gave me ok sanwiches and when I got to the window they gave them to me and when I got home I was surprised that they had given the 2 sandwiches only with pork and they didn't toast my bread. none of the propaganda of the advertisement...of the Cuban sandwich...I felt offended because it was like for a homeless person.I thank you for calling manager M's attention because his attention offended me as if it were for a homeless person... he gave it to me cold and without any ingredients

Acere they gave me hard rice in one order. On the other hand, the beans are the best in Miami but I can't eat the food that hard. I would love to correct that about a month ago it happened to me and I thought it would be one day but now it is the second time.

I ordered churrasco they gave me breaded chicken breast. Since it was a takeaway, I was already far from the premises to complain.When I arrived there was no one to take the order, the "self-service" person had to come when she was free. Every time more expensive and less food, apart from rice and beans, any other complement is charged additionally(previously they gave up to 2 accessories included).End of the story: I don't recommend it.

Around an hour ago, I place an order to delivery in this location of three chicken quesadillas and a order of churros. We received the quesadillas but not the churros. I was trying to call pollo Tropical and is impossible that somebody take the phone. Terrible customer service and the people has to be more alert with orders.
