I went on January 31,2026 and order a meal through the drive through. The chicken was burnt and dry, you can tell it was a chicken that they had all day burning on the grill. I asked the person to provide me with sauces multiple time and they still forgot to provide them. The rice, beans and over all food quality was really bad. I threw it away and did not eat it.

No quality control or quality checking going on from management or leads. Soups picture on the menu is not what they are serving. Bait and switch. FALSE ADVERTISING! high turnover rate never enough people working. Quality and service is not important here.
The horrible service and store ratings are a reflection of the poor leadership.

This is my local Pollo Tropical, today I ordered online and picked up in 15 minutes. Fast and friendly service is the standard here.

Drive through is much faster than inside dinning that's pretty much what they concentrate on here. was there waiting 15 minutes or more for my food and some people were waiting there when I got there. No rush here to serve the dinning in customer

Always pay for double chicken in my order and pay for it, when I got home there is a ridiculous small amount of chicken.

Mid mid mid, the food taste fine but there are no fountain drinks dispensers inside, the lemonade was extremely bitter. Fact when I asked for a fountain drink he looked at me with confusion and asked me “what’s that?” I’m upset because now I can’t get any refills or mix my drink flavors. I’ve never experienced this issue at any other pollo. I went back inside and had to ask for sugar and a water cup to get a solution. Not happy tbh.

Food was excellent, as always. Unfortunately, the dining experience was harsh due to the noise level in the dining room. The space could benefit from better soundproofing or acoustic treatments to help dampen the volume. Was uncomfortable and conversations were difficult to hear.

I ordered half chicken with rice and black beans.
When I got home I noticed that the rice portion was missing rice and the chicken breast was cut in half so I was missing the other half. This location is famous for shaking the spoon.
