Always pay for double chicken in my order and pay for it, when I got home there is a ridiculous small amount of chicken.

Mid mid mid, the food taste fine but there are no fountain drinks dispensers inside, the lemonade was extremely bitter. Fact when I asked for a fountain drink he looked at me with confusion and asked me “what’s that?” I’m upset because now I can’t get any refills or mix my drink flavors. I’ve never experienced this issue at any other pollo. I went back inside and had to ask for sugar and a water cup to get a solution. Not happy tbh.

Food was excellent, as always. Unfortunately, the dining experience was harsh due to the noise level in the dining room. The space could benefit from better soundproofing or acoustic treatments to help dampen the volume. Was uncomfortable and conversations were difficult to hear.

I ordered half chicken with rice and black beans. When I got home I noticed that the rice portion was missing rice and the chicken breast was cut in half so I was missing the other half. This location is famous for shaking the spoon.

This place sucks. They steal the money from you miserably. They serve a miserable amount of chicken in their tropichops. And the price ridiculous. We are just paying for rice and beans. I will start bbq my own chicken. Will never by here anymore. They SUCK

This is insane. I went today in search for a yummy lunch. I ordered the tropichop bowl with rice steak corn cheese and cilantro. And that is everything that I did not receive. THANKFULLY the bowl has to have rice so that I did get and that’s the only 1 star you’re getting. The so called steak I received was practically 5 strips of thin steak. They barely put corn in my bowl. And the cheese was sprinkled. To make matters worse, the cilantro sauce they put on the side was half full. I dipped my yuca frita in in and it touched the bottom cause of how empty it was.
This is the only Pollo tropic Tropical that I go to. I don’t know why there’s no consistency but this one is always the best best wraps are good black beans good plantains chicken is delicious. Been going there for years…

This pollo tropical sucks!!!! I never write reviews but not ONE time have I gotten my order right. It is absolutely ridiculous. Even when I specify a million times, SOMETHING is always wrong. Not to mention, the tropichops have NO chicken. They’re full of rice and a sprinkle of chicken on top. What put me over the top today was I ordered double chicken and got not even ONE servings worth. I’m very disappointed in this place. Will not be going back!
