My wife and I are so sick and tired of getting Uber eats from this location and getting less than half of the items. They always forget the fries, the RICE, sauces and other items.Even when you go in person, there is never anything in bright daylight, it’s not even closing time. UNACCEPTABLE.

Nothing wrong with the taste or food of this Pollo Tropical on 8th street, it’s just veryyyyy annoying that this particular location NEVER has fries, white rice, corn, etc like?? I have to drive to a farther one every time. I think those are things they should almost alwaysss have just like the rest of the locations:(

I will be reporting this restaurant I got food poisoning from the meal I purchased 2/1/24. I ordered a cilantro chicken tropichop for lunchtime later on that night I felt off and didn’t eat dinner. The next day I had full blown food poisoning symptoms and still have them as I write this review. They are not watching their food quality and will be reporting to the Florida department of health. I don’t recommend you risk your health eating here I feel absolutely horrible!
