The fried beef smelled and tasted sour and old. I actually think that restaurant has gone downhill a lot in its service, and the chefs are not very professional. This was the second time something similar happened to me because last week I ordered a pizza, and it was undercooked. I won’t recommend it anymore.

I used to go to the Polo Norte in Hialeah from my house - which is pretty far away. These days the quality is horrible and inconsistent (the Kendall store) I order extra cheese and do not even get the amount of cheese I used to get for a regular cheese pizza. The same thing happens with the Flagler store. One day, It was awesome. The next time - horrible!

Gilma was an excellent server. She was super kind and sweet with my Dad. I was visiting Miami from California for his 89th Birthday and she made the experience amazing. Food was excellent, Cuban Pizza was delicious, so was the Pollo a La Plancha y Moros ....so yummy.
