Today my experience was different. I did NOT understand why they did not use gloves today. They always do it and change them all the time as is the right thing to do for health.
The service is excellent as always but today I was shocked to see the same owner serving me the order I made without gloves. She touched her hair about 10 times and with her hands already dirty and contaminated by her hands and hair, she continued and while I watched her prepare everything, then she sprinkled a little dulce de lechera or whatever was left over from the blender. and she cleaned herself in her blue blouse that she had and her Jeans ?. Wow, I was really shocked, I paid almost 50 dollars for 2 popsicles and an ice cream to leave them in the trash, I ate one popsicle because she didn't touch them with her dirty hands, everything was touched by the cash register, the mint leaves I take it out of a bag ? I don't know if I had washed it and other than that the owner served me without a straw, I mean how was I going to drink that liquid. On previous occasions they have had their gloves and to my surprise today neither of the two girls had them. There is a very kind girl who always assists us and she is always very careful with everything related to health.
So my experience was not good today.
It didn't seem to me that anything was correct with the handling of food. You can tell me whatever it is, it's cold, there are no bacteria, but it's not correct that you prepared everything with dirty hands and in the end, when you understood it, I saw a glove on you. hand already finalizing my order now for what? A glove You should have worn them all the time and hats or something in your hair that won't come off. The viruses are latent again, both the covid and those that are arriving and I don't know how many more diseases for this to be happening and I didn't like what I saw with my eyes, it is my health and that of my family. You can check the garbage that was all left there and I felt sorry for my grandson because he likes this place and the lollipop that my grandson ate was not very healthy either.
