Popeyes is delicious chicken ,,, it's an expensive place because with Kentucky fried chicken you could get a full meaL for $5,50 which includes the coke drink Every day . At Popeyes you get 3 little tiny pieces of chicken for $6 , if you want a small coleslaw it's $4,50 .. if you want a biscuit it's about. $2,50 , N if you want a coke it's another $3,00 ....another words Popeyes you are definitely ripping customers off for charging a regular for $16 ...... People r already talking about boycotting Popeyes ,,you are one of the biggest crooks in the food franchise ... You should learn from Kentucky fried chicken on a regular meaL for one person like Kentucky does n that's everyday. $5,50 meaL everyday 365 days a year 24/7 ... U Popeyes executive crooks .... Tourist be very careful about Popeyes there prices ( NO BUENO nada at ALL 😳😳🤕

I went tonight and I made my order I asked for 3 piece spicy and other items and I asked if it was spicy cuz on the receipt it was not and the girl said no and was rude and left my food there and helped others and made me wait about 10 mins before they gave me my food when I asked to have it changed to spicy she got mad and spoke in Creole and made a bad gesture and said hell naaa that’s not right I have been going there for years and never had a problem or issue until today only honest caring and outgoing and respectful is smiley .the chicken was good but cold from sitting to long .and the lobby was dirty and I believe that I was overcharged and if the chicken wasn’t in front of us I bet she would’ve spit or done something to the food

Got a roach on the table 👀. I thought the drive thru was broken because nobody responded. I go in now they doing drive thru orders. The person in the front had my food sitting while she took her time to refill all the sauces and didn’t even put sauce in my bag. I was waiting on my drink but didn’t want to wait an additional ten minutes for her to walk slowly and fill it up.

I’m a big fan of Popeyes—especially their mac & cheese, which is usually the highlight of my visits. Unfortunately, my experience at this location yesterday was far from what I’ve come to expect from the brand.
The service was incredibly slow and careless, even though the place was practically empty. When my food finally arrived, they got my drink order wrong, my friend’s sandwich order was incorrect, and worst of all, the mac & cheese—my entire reason for coming—was a total disappointment. It was dry and oily at the same time; I know that sounds contradictory, but it was separated, dry blobs of pasta sitting on top of pools of grease. They didn’t even fill the cup halfway, and it looked like it had been sitting there for days. When I asked for a replacement, even the lady at the counter made a grossed-out face when I showed her what was in the cup.
I love Popeyes as a brand, but this location is clearly not their best representation. I hope they can get things back on track because this was a two-star experience at best.
Went to the establishment on 20 Street and between NW 15 & 17 Avenue. These employees are very unorganized and just lazy. From order taking and serving, can we say "training is highly recommended."
