I choose to be ready for now.
I was 15 minutes away.
When I got there I was told they had to drop the wings.
Really. Another 20 minutes!!!
If I could give them no stars I would have !

My girlfriend placed an order to collect in the store, there they placed it as a delivery and when I went to pick it up they did not want to deliver it to me, no matter how much I tried to explain to them through the translator that the order was really for me and not a delivery (not I speak English) they didn't listen to me (apparently it bothers them to read or they simply don't know how to do it) in the end I had to go home to look for my girlfriend and then return to her so that after a while they delivered the order to us all by mistake of them We will never buy there again...terrible service.

I dont give less stars because istn possible. Is a shame that a good franchise is been destroyed by this horrible staff.Today I had a horrible experience. The staff at the place treated me rudely, racist and disrespectfully. It makes you want to sue the company or the staff of the place. Mrs. Angel and her supervisor (I assume it is the supervisor with a gray blouse) are very rude. Basically they made me go around the roundabout 3 times because they didn't want to take my order, they didn't understand my English, which I speak very fluently, and they accused me of calling the police for no reason because i asked to speak with a supervisor. In the end I had to go inside the cafeteria to take the order and having no time and even then they made fun of me asking other Spanish-speaking customers to translate for them. Unacceptable

The service is bad, they don't know how to treat people, they want to yell for everything, I was missing fries, don't complain because I don't like to argue with anyone, they are rude.

The service is honestly horrible, the food ain't worth it. Literally just picking up my food and it gotta take 20 minutes. Moving on to KFC, church's chicken or snappers. Got lemon pepper down a few blocks too and at least they got good customer service.

Horrible attitude from staff even though they took the order wrong and were more worried about their drive thru time then getting things right.
When I went inside and asked for a refund they shooed me off to the side like it wasn't important.

I’ve visit here often on my lunch break. In the last two weeks customer service wasn’t customer service. In fact this comment I know won’t go any further, that’s why I’ll be letting the better business bureau be aware.
I was so upset about my experience this week. I went back to work complaining. Only to find other co-workers had a terrible experience with manager Jennifer. My coworker gives me her code to get discounts, last week I was told that can use screen shots. Keep in mind I had always used it for months. This time my coworker decided to place the order on the app to get the special using the code. I get there and the food was ready, but before I could look to see if my food was correct. The employee told me I had to get off the timer. I pulled up to be told I needed to pull up more, pulled up again to again be told the same. I yelled how I’m I going to talk to you about my order to the employee. Then the manager comes out I told her I didn’t see the wings. She told me it was at the bottom with the nuggets. I asked why isn’t it in separate boxes, she replied that’s how it comes, and walked off. I realized it was the bone in. I walked to the window, and told them it should be bone in, and the app didn’t give the option, and could they fix it. The manager told me No! I asked for a refund, she told me to get the refund from the app, and to give her back all the food. Came back after work to advise no refund available on the app. The current manager on duty told me she didn’t know how to work the app. I then asked for the managers name that there earlier and the district managers number. She goes to get Jennifer. Boldly Jennifer comes out like what you want. Said she could give her regionals manager name correcting me.
