Food is always fresh and the manager is super nice and professional! The only issue they always forget items from my order ! Otherwise is a great location, food is fresh and restaurant is always clean!
The food this always hot and fresh. But the service is another issue. It seems like they cater to the drive thru more than walk ins. I waited for 5-7minutes before I was served and that was only because I had to say something. No one acknowledged my presence. No one said "someone will be right with you."When I did say something the manager finally popped up. The other 5 workers could have cared less. The manager was friendly enough and was helpful.But you run a risk these days of speaking up in a food service establishments. They could do indecent things to your food.Just because you are a fast food establishment in a minority neighborhood doesn't mean the people shouldn't get good service.

Starting with the lady who serves, she is a racist and cenophobic, she treats Latin people who don't know English very very badly, you try to communicate through a translator and she turns her back. The place lacks cleanliness, personally I work at a Popeye's and it really does not represent any of its counterparts, it is a shame that no one takes action on the matter, because they are the worst when it comes to treating the public. I hope they tell you preparation so that Popeye continues to shine with ALWAYS SPEED AND CAJUN HOSPITALITY, something that is not present in this one

Argued about my service animal, manager named Marcus doesn't know the law. Needs to learn it.He even went as far as to say it's company policy. I contacted Popeyes about this and they said they will educate their employees at this location. Hope they do, because I will be back!
Worst drive thru ever. Every time “ could you please back up your car to reset clock”. Just improve your service and there would be no need to reset the clock!

Ordered through the Uber app for pick up. App stated it was ready for pick up, 22 minutes later, I’m still here waiting for my order writing this review. I asked the manager for pick up window and he bluntly ignored me because he was busy setting up a new sign outside. Terrible customer service. Food was 5 stars. Not family friendly, very small dinning area. 5 tables total. Will not be back.
