These people have no sense of urgency. It’s a fast food restaurant so food should be ready to serve when the doors open. I don’t know what the point of ordering a pickup order if I still arrive to the restaurant and have to wait 20 minutes inside for 1 sandwich. This is beyond ridiculous

Very nasty location, they have roaches in their food. Maggots, they do not care for customer service. they have nasty attitude, they mute the microphone to speak. they do not know what they are doing in the drive through either. i would recommend any other Popeyes, never this one. if you do not want to eat literal poop and garbage.

Passed by today and lady on intercom came on. My son was still undecided and looking at the menus so I asked the lady to please give me a minute. She replied with an attitude “I guess I should not have came on the mic”. So I drove away and went to chick fil a. No need to put up with nastiness.

My experience with this location was below subpar. The workers were not only rude but, were extremely unprofessional during my whole interaction. It got to the point where cashier got an attitude and proceeded to use an aggressive tone with me. To which I had to politely give her a reality check of the environment that she's choose to be in and if it wasn't the best work environment for herself, she should choose another career path that's more her speed. Now to food, the food was not only cold but, incorrectly made which was the icing on the cake. And when I asked for a simple request to change out my drink order the workers decided to gossip about me as if I was not more than 25 ft away from them.
Sidenote: To the young lady with the nasty attitude and multiple herpes labialis (cold sores) to which you were constantly touching without gloves on while touching/handling other's orders and drink. Corporate has been made aware of your workplace actions and I hope you look forward to the conversation to come.

Order food from this Popeyes through doordash and I did not get all of my food I see why some people fast food restaurants because they are dumb they can't read USA a manager will check make sure that the customers is getting their food oh my bad manager cannot read
