Overall bad customer service the employees are normally.Sometimes the food is fresh and sometimes the food looks and taste like it has been sitting out for years. I try to avoid this location but it's the most convenient so I just take my chance hoping the food is fresh and I don't have to return it and deal the employees bad attitude. I normally have to check in the drive-thru window before I pull off.

Great chicken sandwiches, but ends there. After a long wait for their chicken "wings" 11/12 were drumsticks. You could say they're selling drumsticks with an occasional wing flying in if you're lucky.

I placed an online order at this Popeyes and it looked like they were in the process making more food. The manager Carol told me they were making my order fresh so it may take a few minutes. I've worked in food service for many years so I know how hectic it can get. She apologized for the wait (which wasn't an issue for me) and offered me a free drink for the wait. She did everything I would've done in this scenario. Furthermore, once the rush subsided she had 2 associates check on the cleanliness of the dining room. Thank you for the great service Carol!
