This use to be the best popeyes in dade county until that new manager woman came over from the popeyes by carol city. She came and destroyed this restaurant, now service and food is terrible. They drop fries back in the grease so your fries are burnt, chicken dont taste the same nomore.

This place is such a 50/50 😂😂😂. It’ll either go two ways when you order off the app. 1. You roll up to the drive thru window and everything is smooth. 2. You roll up to the drive thru and they tell you your order isn’t ready even if you show up after the time the app tells you to arrive. You ask them, well how long? The typical response? “I have no clue you’ll have to come inside”. I literally laugh everytime, how do you not have a guesstimate on when the food will be prepared? You go and wait inside for 20 minutes! Good thing I’m never in a rush.
Last night was my last time playing this 50/50 game. I rather drive the extra miles to the SR-7 location. This location needs to get it together or remove mobile ordering at this location.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the level of service I received at this location. During my visit,"the staff member I interacted with spoke to me in a dismissive tone and seemed unwilling to assist with my order"]. This behavior left me feeling "uncomfortable and undervalued as a customer”.
Pulled in the drive-thru and use a coupon code. Within 5 minutes I received my food. The food was fresh hot and delicious.
