I used to go to Popeyes in Springs. After stopping into this Popeyes I'm hooked. The customer service people greeted you, served you with a smile, and the meal was hot and delicious. It wasn't dried by and dried to a crisp. Oh, and the gas the delicious rice and beans. LOVED IT! Traffic in the area is a beast, but it's worth

I just left the house. It's very lousy. When I got home and looked at my food, I wanted to turn around and return it, but well, the specials were terrible. I ordered two. The potatoes seemed to have been fried at 7 in the morning, so was the chicken and the size. no way

Carelessness when delivering the service, they did not deliver fries, they had to be checked and claimed. They did not deliver the correct chicken pieces as indicated on the delivery board.

Disgusting restaurant, terrible service, and in over a dozen times eating/ordering from there I have not once received an order that didn’t have a huge mistake. Imagine selling a guest his order without the sandwich. just fries. as someone in the service industry I can say with utmost confidence this popeye’s has the most uncaring, unintelligent staff I’ve ever seen in a restaurant. My first time ordering there I literally witnessed a fist fight in the drive thru because one person wanted to take my order while the other one insisted on keeping the window locked and not taking orders. Ridiculous. Management must be non-existent here.
