This place has a lot of everything but at the same time it has nothing. Mostly poor quality brands. The access through 19Ave is disgusting. Dirty, dirty. You should clean it and look for a way to keep the water that is coming out of your facilities at a minimum. It makes the neighborhood to look bad.

El único Mercado (Presidente Flagler y 42 ave, Miami) de USA en tantos años que me pide dejar mi bolso al frente con un desconocido para poder entrar a comprar vegetales. Mientras hablaba con la manager comentándole la situación pasaba una mujer con un bolso mayor que el mío que lo entró sin problemas??? Decidí irme sin comprar nada y me fui con mi bolso a Publix donde siempre entro con mi bolso de trabajo sin problema y hasta con mi mascota puedo entrar.

Room was adequate & clean and in a good location but unfortunately breakfast let it down. Cold ( and I mean freezing) eggs & bacon served. We went down as soon as it opened, so no excuse. This happened 2 mornings in a row. Pity. Otherwise it would have been perfect

The rooftop pool was an amazing, chill experience. Our pool host Elliot was so kind and provided us with great service. It’s not really a party scene, which can be refreshing since a lot of Miami is hustle and bustle. Highly recommend for friends/family.

Loved my stay. Honestly, dont bother w some of the negative reviews, because people commenting on the root pool being "small" truly have no clue about travels! (did they expect an olympic size pool on a roof of a SoBe art deco bldg?) The room are nice, airy and clean, tho a little algid. Bathroom is nice, modern and up-to-date on repair (tho I felt like missing a counter space/shelf next to the sink); the balcony is on the inside alley but still what a nice perk! The stuff you get with the "resort fee" (which most hotel in SoBe charge and don't give you any "amenities") are amazing and so worth it, starting with breakfast that is actually not all bad. and you can have it in the spacious and airy lobby, or in the back yard space, that feels very tropical. Staff on point too! Elevator was a bit slow, but happy to be staying at the "Villa" aka the building with balconies and the pool on the roof ? Obviously if you know SoBe you know that location is just prefect.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION Great place and close to great restaurants, night life, and the beach. Willia helped us with check in and was very sweet and helpful with everything. Henry was also great with us at Check out. Very friendly staff and great atmosphere. Breakfast was great and the ambiance was amazing.

If you want a quaint boutique hotel walking distant to the beach and all sorts of shopping and good restaurants, this is it! Rooms were clean, staff went above and beyond to help and Henry at the front desk was like family! The hot breakfast was ample and had lots of choices. I felt like I was in the middle of Miami and yet it was quiet enough to enjoy some tranquility. I can't say enough about the fair pricing and value. Stay here!
I wish I could give this supermarket a 0! They say they are all about serving the community but they are not!! A driver hit me in my legs with their car and drove off. Presidente is REFUSING to give me the camera picture with the driver's tag number. I take care of a handicapped kid and I'm hurt. Managment won't even come out of his office to talk to me. You people are disgusting for protecting criminals. I've been a customer for two decades. I WILL NEVER GO TO YOUR STORE AGAIN!!!!!!!!

The hotel location is great, it was easy to explore south beach and also easy to take the bus or uber over to bayside and downtown Miami, if you want to explore even more. breakfast was good but could be better, maybe more fresh fruit? like pineapple, melon and strawberries! our AC worked but we could not change the temperature. overall we are satisfied with our stay and trip.

The front desk girl that works at night has horrible customer service and is not willing to help. The male breakfast attendant is soo rude! It seems like you have to beg him to serve your drinks. The rooms itself have a good amount of space but the furniture needs to be updated, the chair had stains, the desk had a lot of chips; you could see the wooden areas and had old stains for drinks that were spilled. The air filters were dirty and bathroom had small pieces of hair on the floor at the time of check in

El seguridad del presidente en la 8 calle no me dejo entrar por tener una scooter electrónica , normalmente me dejan guardarla en algún lugar en la entrada pero el señor se porto muy pesado y me dijo que no le importaba. Que basura de actitud, el señor Gonzalo Pérez muy abusivo no lo deberían de tener como la primera persona de contacto en este establecimiento , mejores los otros seguridades que me dan una solución, y me permiten hacer mis compras .

This is the second time that we stayed at the President Hotel. Last time we were so impressed by Henri and how he took care of us that when we were planning our second trip we knew that was the only place to consider staying. The rooms are immaculate and everyone at the hotel is so friendly. This time when we went to the pool we were fortunate enough to meet Elliott. He couldn’t do enough for us and he ensured that the pool experience was perfect for us. I highly recommend this hotel if you will be in South Beach
