The old Casa Florida space takes on new owners and new name. No longer pink, foliage needs some upkeep, basic cocktail menu ($18-21 price point) with maybe not so skillful bar staff. 1 ingredient of the four main cocktails offered had run out and it wasn't even 1pm. Went for the "Every other Sunday" brunch which was fantastic--priced fairly. Music was decent, great sounding void audio setup. Be careful with the automatic 23% service charge added to your bar bill. Will not be returning. Kudos to the "Every other Sunday" crew, the jam has potential.

This place has a lot of potential if they consistently had good djs. But it's a hit or miss. We were there a few months ago and it was great. Last night though, it was dead, like not even one person was dancing as a dj was beyond horrible. Really disappointed as we brought friends and they did not enjoy at all.
