Rude rude rude. Our server was not great, he did not want check in on us messed up our orders multiple times it. It was a birthday and he was told and he didn’t say happy birthday or ask us if we wanted dessert to sing to her. I would not recommend coming here on a Sunday to celebrate. Valet was also extremely rude.

RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF
As a birthday celebration for two friends we had arranged for a group of about 20 to meet at Pueblito Viejo. I had heard that the food was decent and they had live music on the weekends, perfect for eating, drinking and dancing the night away. The party organizers made reservations the day prior and spoke with the staff informing them of the occasion and size of the party. When guests started meeting up outside the restaurant, there was already a line in the front. The staff would not let our party go inside even though we explained we had reservations. When we tried to speak with management, they were very rude and suggested we go elsewhere. During the conversation, there was a staff member behind the manager making faces and mocking our group. It was kind of comical and childish but above all it showed a level of unprofessionalism and unabashed, rude attitude from the staff towards their customers. Management is apparently fine with that. We wound up going to a nearby brewery and had a fantastic evening. No thanks to Pueblito Viejo.

We went with a large party that had a reservation, and they were rude and unaccompanied. One of the worst experiences my group has had in several years in Miami. Had to change location to a nearby bar at the last minute. Overall a really bad experience.

I would recommend staying away from this place. We planned a birthday dinner here for this past weekend, and when we arrived a few from our party were running a little late. They wouldn't seat us without our entire party present, or even let us enter the establishment to at least buy some drinks at the bar! On top of this, they were extremely rude the entire short time we were there. Save yourself the hassle and plan to go elsewhere.
