The best alcapurria and arroz con gandules I've had in Miami. Actually better than most in PR. The abichuelas "red beans" had too much orégano, unfortunate because they would have been amazing were it not for the overpowering orégano taste. Por chunky a bit salty but ok. If those 2 things were addressed id give the food 5 stars. Place was pretty empty and food still took a bit long which concerns me because I can imagine if they're busy. I took the time to write all of this with the hopes that they read it because we need a place like this in the area and They are close to being a fantastic place to eat

The pastel de pizza was cold inside…the pincho de carne(pork) was so full of fat it was gross you don’t notice until it’s in your mouth because they smother it in bbq sauce,the mofongo balls were beyond greasy… it’s a shame,this place used to be really yummy for a quick bite.

So bummed!!! Was so excited to try this place, we were in the area and stopped by at 11:30 on a Thursday AND IT WAS CLOSED! I called 3 times and no answer. Not sure what the issue was but again We we're so bummed!!!!

The food was done at the moment. Not that much of wait for it. The food was AWESOME. Greatly seasoned, the frozen lemonade and the pina colada were great. Truly ?? food. 100% reccomended.
