I ordered from uber eats at lunch the tuna bowl. the tuna unfortunately it did not seem or taste fresh. it was super ocean smell and taste overly fishy, a slimy texture and an unusual iridescent appearance. Raw fish should be clean smelling and firm, si this was disappointing and concerning.

I shop here and at other locations almost daily. I usually order through the app and pick up in store. This time, I placed my order directly with the cashier, and she was not aware that substituting the chocolate protein for Chocolate PB and changing it to collagen protein does not have an additional cost. Instead, she attempted to charge extra for it.
I believe it is very important for cashiers to be properly trained on all menu items and their variations, as they are the ones selling and offering the products to customers. Under normal circumstances, all the employees who have assisted me at this location have been very friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the young lady who assisted me this time was not. She seemed very rushed to finish packing the pastries into bags.
Additionally, I purchased two juices, and I had to ask for a bag, as it was never offered to me. In my opinion, when working with the public, having a good attitude, a smile, and a genuine willingness to help is essential. If that is not the case, perhaps the opportunity should be given to someone else who is eager to work. I enjoy shopping here very much and hope to see improvements in customer service.

I ordered 4 shakes and 4 immunity shots yesterday via the website for pick up. When I get there to pick it up, I have to navigate my way around 3 young girls that work there that were busy recording content and blocking the pick up area. I grab my stuff and head out, as I had a pilates class to attend. When I look at my order I notice that I only received 2 of the 4 shots & they were the wrong ones. I did not have time to turn around so I call the store and was not able to get through. Extremely disappointed in the service & judging by the young girls that work there and were videoing each other while blocking the pick up area, i'm assuming this type of stuff happens all the time.

I got the butterfly tea latte but I really underestimated when the workers told me the ginger was strong (I wasn’t on an empty stomach). This drink purged me.. It was pain, agony, but only for a brief few moments. I felt oddly cleansed, healed after. Chill out on the ginger tho
