My first experience was with one of the managers, her name is Ash. It was amazing—she explained how everything worked and suggested things from the menu. I came back precisely because I wanted to feel that good again, but she’s no longer there; they told me she left. And even though the food and everything else was very good, I missed that special touch of being able to talk to her and see her smile. It leaves me with the bittersweet feeling of not having seen her. The food was good, the smoothie delicious, and the dessert quite nice.

The food was excellent, with great flavor and presentation. however, my experience was diminished by the attitude of the assistant manager, Issel. Her demeanor was imposing and not very cordial, which affected the overall atmosphere. It would be ideal for the customer service to match the quality of the food.

“Validated” my ticket after consuming here, when leaving 1 hour after parking charged me $30 for one hour parking. Really bad experience, not sure if it was the restaurant that did not validate it or the parking. Anyway it is a scam
