As a loyal customer who has spent over $60 almost every morning at the Brickell location, I was disheartened by the dismissive attitude and unprofessional behavior from their assistant manager Ale.Although Pura Vida is known for its healthy food and beautiful branding, Ale's lack of customer service was unacceptable.We got there at 6:51 and ordered via the app because I had a doctor's appointment. Our order was significantly delayed, and we never got it. But what really frustrated me was how Ale handled it.The misleading information provided about the cooking not starting untill after 7:15 and the lack of timely resolution to a simple wrap order tarnished what should have been a pleasant experience.We never received our food or have been reimbursed, as she said, 'You have to deal with the app to get reimbursed.'Five other people who arrived after us received their food. This indicates that she made a mistake and tried to cover it up with a lie.It is unfortunate to see a great restaurant overshadowed by the actions of one individual. I hope Pura Vida takes swift action to uphold its reputation and retain its loyal customer base.
