This afternoon I went and bought a coffee and some pastries, and the taste was incredibly amazing. One of the supervisors, Luis, was the one who attended me at the register. He provided excellent customer service, even during a very busy time when all the tenants come to buy. Despite the rush, he gave me outstanding service.

I recently visited Purple Orchid Downtown at Wells Fargo, and wow! The vibe is super chill, perfect for a sunny Miami day. Their salad bar is top-notch—fresh ingredients and tons of options. The staff are friendly and always up for a chat. Highly recommend! 🌱

The food is great but the cashier/front person is extremely rude. I work in the BOA building and i can assure you everyone in my office agrees about this lady. She is definitely making people not want to go in there. Owner, put this individual in the back, instead of attending customers. She is ruining your business.
