We chose Puttshack Natick for my husband’s birthday dinner last night, November 24, bringing our two small children. What should have been a fun evening turned into the worst restaurant experience of my life, centered around a severe health code violation and an astonishing failure of customer service.
The Incident:
Mid-meal, we saw a mouse running around directly under our table. As parents of two young, upset girls, we immediately notified the staff.

Way too crowded, the balls kept going offline so we had to keep asking for help which ultimately effected our score because we had to keep redoing the hole, the people check us in were extremely rude and un helpful to the point we inconvenienced them, the wait time per course and hole was insane. I honestly hate to say it because we were all so excited to go but ultimately left disappointed.
My family is a Disabled family with myself being Deaf and my son being Autistic. We use ASL and BASL to communicate. Puttshack in Atlanta was so great and nice. Our server, Quintin, was so friendly and amazing. He even looked up some signs to use with us. Thank you for treating us with kindness.

Puttshack is a unique entertainment spot that offers digital mini golf with revolutionary technology, making it an ideal location for families or those looking for a fun way to pass the time. Located on the 3rd floor of Brickell City Centre, it is hard to miss with its big "P" sign. The 9-hole course provides an exciting experience with accurate stroke counting, and there are several different courses available based on the number of players or how busy it gets. Customers have found the mini golf experience to be modern and highly enjoyable, with the Trackaball Technology enhancing the fun.
The food, similar to that of a Cheesecake Factory, is surprisingly tasty. Guests have enjoyed a variety of appetizers such as Korean BBQ Bao Buns, Sweet & Spicy Brussels Sprouts, Thai Fried Chicken Bites, Margherita Extra Flatbread, and Pepperoni Buzz Flatbread. The Thai Fried Chicken Bites and flatbreads were particularly well-received. While the service is generally excellent, some customers have noted occasional delays in drink service. However, there have been standout servers, like Trevon, who have made the dining experience more enjoyable with their welcoming personalities.
Puttshack also offers Happy Hour from Monday to Thursday, making it a fantastic spot for a girls' night out, couples' night, or family outing. The ambiance is incredible, and the owner ensures that everyone feels welcome and at home. Although some customers have mentioned long wait times to start playing, Puttshack promises a fun experience for all who visit.
