We chose Puttshack Natick for my husband’s birthday dinner last night, November 24, bringing our two small children. What should have been a fun evening turned into the worst restaurant experience of my life, centered around a severe health code violation and an astonishing failure of customer service. The Incident: Mid-meal, we saw a mouse running around directly under our table. As parents of two young, upset girls, we immediately notified the staff. The Shocking Indifference: The staff response was not only unhelpful but utterly cold and dismissive. They told us we could "move to another table if we wanted," and no one—not a single server or manager—came over to our table to assess the situation, try to resolve the issue, or offer assistance. We were forced to move all our plates, food, drinks, and children by ourselves to another table while the mouse continued to run free. My husband and I even contemplated trying to catch the rodent with a cup because no staff member would intervene. The Manager's Appalling Comment: When the manager finally came by, their response was chillingly unprofessional: "Yeah, when it gets cold they all come in here." There was no apology, no acknowledgment of the severity of the issue, and no offer to help us move our belongings. The Outcome: Despite our food being severely disrupted and our entire evening ruined—we didn't even stay to play the golf we planned—we were charged the full cost of the meal. We received no compensation, no discount, and absolutely zero apology. The four staff members, including the manager, made us feel like we were being ridiculous for being bothered by a rodent under our dinner table. This was by far the worst and most insulting treatment I have ever received in a service establishment. It completely ruined my husband’s birthday, and the lack of concern for a serious public health issue (and the safety of our small children) is inexcusable.
First time at this location! And the service was amazing, along with the food! The server Trevon was fantastic, he was very assertive and check on me and my wife every now and then, to make sure everything was well. His personality was very welcoming and made me want to come back again! If you ever come to this location, make sure you ask specifically for him, if you want to have a good time!
Great mini golf experience and great drinks!!
We had a ton of fun
I have been so many times already. Great atmosphere, delicious food and great service. Trevon is just wonderful and make sure your experience is unforgettable.
Desmond was amazing. He was so positive and enthusiastic. The food was great as well. Great experience and we will definitely be back!
I had a genuinely enjoyable experience, the staff was attentive, especially Breon, he was helpful throughout and made the experience more enriched
I had a great time and would definitely come back. Me and my friend did not care much for the constant badgering from a worker who kept suggesting we order food.
We decided to eat before playing. It was my husband's birthday. And we announced it yet none of the lazy waitress was minding anything at all. We had to get up to request a menu.
Coca-Colas where flat, beer was warm, the taste less fish sandwich socks, my daughter's wrap was ok , my hummus with old vegetables disgusting. The upsetting part is that on top of everything they want and 18% and up tip.
Don't eat there please. The miniature golf was fun though
The restaurant inside the place is a rip off. They don't put all of the liqueurs in the drinks that the menu said would be in your drink. They also give you glass of ice and hardly any of the liqueurs/ drink. The food on the menu doesn't match what is delivered to your table. The plates have missing ingredients and the chicken is over cooked and dry. Everything is over priced for what you get. The server was ignorant of knowing the menu and became snippy! Go somewhere else for fun !! As far as for the miniature golf too expensive for 10 minutes on 9 holes or 18 . Don't waste your money or time.
Valentin & Bailey were good vibes. Drinks and food were great.

The place is cool and all, but the wait is just not worth it. With such a long line of people behind you staring, you feel the pressure to just blow through the course. 9 holes took my family of 5 about 30 min. Keep in mind that we had to wait about 30 minutes to start playing.
The putt putt is a short course, but it is a lot of fun. The food was very well made, just be aware that the “poutine” is not really poutine. It’s fries with melted cheese and bacon; poutine would have curds and gravy. The ginger ale is a teeny tiny can, so stick to ordering Coca Cola. Otherwise, service was great and food was delicious. Would definitely go again.
Amazing place, need more bartenders 😅
Great vibes, food, and fun!
Had such a fun time at Puttshack! The food was really good, the drinks were on point, and the whole atmosphere made it a great night out. Perfect mix of fun and chill — definitely coming back!
I had such a great time here. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was fun and lively, and the girls at the front were extremely welcoming, especially since it was my first time visiting. They made me feel comfortable right away, which set the tone for the evening.
After enjoying a round of mini golf which was a blast we headed over to the restaurant. That’s where we were taken care of by Jeremiah, who was fantastic. He was very attentive, checked in on us often, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our dining experience. On top of the excellent service, the food was delicious!
Overall, it was a perfect mix of entertainment, great service, and amazing food
