Went here recently and had fun! Nice cute place. Did 9 holes in about 45 mins. Cute for a date night or family and friends. The only thing that somewhat lacked or just happened to me, was the service. We ordered drinks at hole 1 and got it at hole 8, so that sucked. But then we sat at the bar and met 2 amazing bartenders that talked to us for a while and had fun conversation!

I’m really disappointed with our experience here. We came in for drinks and a fun round of mini golf, and the staff assured us they’d validate our parking ticket. They even took the ticket and supposedly scanned it for us. But when we were leaving, we got hit with a parking charge anyway. We’d spent plenty of money inside, so this just felt like a rip-off. Definitely not coming back if they can’t take care of simple things like this

Do not host your party here! The food you paid for must be eaten on premises.
So, I threw a $1400 corporate event happy hour. Food was included. Half way through the event, I needed to leave for the airport and asked for a to-go box. I was informed by my waiter, the manager, and the MOD/GM that letting people leave with the food they paid for is against their policy. They would have to make me a to go order (in addition to the food already ordered and plated).
They sited food borne illness. The food was on the table, and people were still eating it. My leaving with it and eating it on the way to the airport is the same as someone eating there. Moreover, I left after 90 min. This is no longer than a long dinner and asking for a to go bag.
Net net, we threw out tons of food, locals couldn’t take it home. I didn’t get dinner I paid for.
I do these events often at multiple venues and have NEVER had this happen. In fact, most organizations will literally box the food for you. This includes their darts brethren at flight club boxed my food not 6 weeks ago. Nutty.

If you’re planning on playing, give yourself at least an hour waiting for food. Even a simple grilled cheese. Not joking

My husband and I hosted a party for his daughter here and everyone was absolutely amazing! The food was fantastic and the chef accommodated us with providing extra food quickly to ensure we didn’t run out (we didn’t order enough initially). Marc and John, the owners were very friendly and attentive to make sure everything was perfect. Yuli, Erik, Lorena and Amanda (our servers and bartenders) were true professionals. Very friendly, on point for all our guests. This party was absolutely perfect and it’s all because the owners and staff did an amazing job every step of the way. Highly recommend!!!!

I hosted my daughter’s 13th birthday party here. We could not have been any happier with how everything turned out. John and Marc both stopped by multiple times to make sure everything was perfect. Natalie was our contact and I have to say that she executed everything perfectly. A special thank you to Lorena and Amanda who were our servers and bartenders. Everyone really seemed to care that our event was outstanding and they really delivered. The food was delicious, and the chef was very accommodating getting more food out quickly as we didn’t order nearly enough. 5/5 food, beverage, hospitality, cleanliness, and everything I could think of.

The golfing was fun, however, service was poor. Being attended to by any staff member meant you had to go and seek them out yourself and their responses were cold. Sat at a table for about twenty minutes and there was barely any other parties seated and the staff never approached my husband and I. Won’t be coming back

I went to PuttShack the other day and Sarah was amazing!! She took amazing care of my table and my friends and I had a great time. I definitely recommend her. 10/10!!
