It’s okay. Their moet and Chandon is likely fake, you don’t get to see a bottle. The 18+ after 8pm is not a thing and there are 5 year olds screaming and make your experience horrible. Manager has no experience to deal with this and just smiles…only go if you need putting
The morning shift between 11am - 2pm was horrible. Poor customer service, this was me and my boyfriend first time at puttshack and we had to do everything ourselves. Even the screen on the emerald game was out and the staff did not help. I called for assistance upstairs and my boyfriend even walked back down for assistance and we still had to wait for a staff member. I do not reccommed coming early. Very poor customer service!
My family Dined at PuttShack and had an amazing experience with Arletis serving us . Definitely will recommend to others A +
Arletis was kind and helpful. If we are back in Miami we will be back thanks to her and the nice atmosphere.
It's a nice place to go have fun on a date
Putshack is not just a fantastic fun place to go, but the restaurant and bar has very unique and delicious food. Arletis was our server and she couldn’t have been more friendly and excellent. Everything came out at the perfect temperature and so tasty. Highly recommend.
We visited this indoor mini golf course today and had an absolute blast. While they also offer bars and food options, we came strictly for the activities—and it did not disappoint.
They have three different 9-hole courses: two on the upper level that are almost identical, and one on the main floor. The main floor course was definitely the most challenging and our favorite.
This is by far the most high-tech mini golf experience we’ve ever had. Each ball is scanned and linked to your name, automatically tracking every putt and keeping score for you. Every hole has its own monitor screen showing gameplay, and it really adds to the fun—great putts get cheered on, and bad holes get playfully chirped.
We went on a Monday afternoon in January, it was very slow. We did not have to wait in line and we did not feel pressured to play quickly.
Playing a single course can feel a bit pricey, but they offer a combo deal to play all three courses, and it’s 100% worth it. This was our first visit, but we’ll absolutely be back on a future trip. Highly recommend for a fun, unique experience.
Such a fun and unique experience at Puttshack ⛳️🎉
This is not your average mini golf. The courses are interactive, creative, and super well-designed, making it fun whether you’re competitive or just there to have a good time. Everything feels modern, clean, and high-energy without being overwhelming.
Right by the entrance, there’s an amazing view of the Brickell skyline 🌆—honestly a great spot for photos before or after your game. The atmosphere is perfect for groups, dates, or even a casual night out, and the whole place feels very on-brand for Brickell.
Overall, it’s a great mix of fun, music, and vibes, and definitely worth checking out if you’re in Brickell City Centre. Would 100% come back!
The place is cool, the course is VERY short for the price , the cool thing about it is the score is digital so thats kind of neat .also should have servers taking drink orders while playing would probably make people play longer. other than that it was fun.
Great fun and at the burgers after the game great service from Arletis

It’s very cool. We enjoyed playing.
However: we got the daily pass. We asked how long we could stay there, as we had a late flight. They told us it was an all day pass, so we could stay until it closed, no worries.
Around 6h15pm they closed the access upstairs. We asked what was going on and they said it was for a private event at 7pm. “They paid a lot of money to close that floor” they said.
Then we said we paid for the daily access. And they said “well, you already played for over 2h, so…each course is around 30mins”. After this, we just got upset enough to leave. They even said we could play until 7pm, but we couldn’t deal with the lack of respect for us.
So, make sure it really is full day before you book it.
Arletis was incredibly welcoming and drinks were great. Thank you!! Coming back soon
We chose Puttshack Natick for my husband’s birthday dinner last night, November 24, bringing our two small children. What should have been a fun evening turned into the worst restaurant experience of my life, centered around a severe health code violation and an astonishing failure of customer service. The Incident: Mid-meal, we saw a mouse running around directly under our table. As parents of two young, upset girls, we immediately notified the staff. The Shocking Indifference: The staff response was not only unhelpful but utterly cold and dismissive. They told us we could "move to another table if we wanted," and no one—not a single server or manager—came over to our table to assess the situation, try to resolve the issue, or offer assistance. We were forced to move all our plates, food, drinks, and children by ourselves to another table while the mouse continued to run free. My husband and I even contemplated trying to catch the rodent with a cup because no staff member would intervene. The Manager's Appalling Comment: When the manager finally came by, their response was chillingly unprofessional: "Yeah, when it gets cold they all come in here." There was no apology, no acknowledgment of the severity of the issue, and no offer to help us move our belongings. The Outcome: Despite our food being severely disrupted and our entire evening ruined—we didn't even stay to play the golf we planned—we were charged the full cost of the meal. We received no compensation, no discount, and absolutely zero apology. The four staff members, including the manager, made us feel like we were being ridiculous for being bothered by a rodent under our dinner table. This was by far the worst and most insulting treatment I have ever received in a service establishment. It completely ruined my husband’s birthday, and the lack of concern for a serious public health issue (and the safety of our small children) is inexcusable.
First time at this location! And the service was amazing, along with the food! The server Trevon was fantastic, he was very assertive and check on me and my wife every now and then, to make sure everything was well. His personality was very welcoming and made me want to come back again! If you ever come to this location, make sure you ask specifically for him, if you want to have a good time!
Great mini golf experience and great drinks!!
We had a ton of fun
