This restaurant’s website uses an incorrect or outdated payment system, which caused a huge headache. My order was charged but never processed, and the whole experience was frustrating and avoidable. On top of that no apology or compensation for the complete waste of time and money! I have to resolve it on my own! Not the best customer service! It’s their incorrect information on Google, they should take the loss NOT the customer!

The carne asada was cut into ten dry little pieces on top of a huge bed of white rice. Seems like old, microwaved meat. The beans were bland. Did not receive any napkins or utensils. The woman on the phone was extremely rude. When I came in to get the food, she didn’t greet me at all- she was on the phone talking chisme. I told her I was picking up and she didn’t say a word- she just put her hand out to take my payment. Absolutely zero customer service, plus it took 20 mins to carry out- restaurant was EMPTY.
