First, I loved Quizno's when they were in Illinois. This location had uninspired employees who were more interested in socializing than making quality sandwiches. My sandwich went through the toaster but the toaster wasn't working. The soda case was almost empty.... this is at 2pm in an airport. While I was waiting two customers just walked away. The Pizza Hut manager next door was just shaking her head. Quiznos should be furious about this location.

The worst. Food was terrible and service was no better. Oven wasn't working properly to heat sandwich, but they don't tell you that before you order. They should close this store 2. They don't even rate a 1 star.

I walked in 3 people from the register the restaurant was empty so there were plenty of tables. The lady at the register looked lost. If she moved any slower she'd be walking backwards. By the time she was done with my sandwich the entire restaraunt seats were taken. If you don't like your job get another but this woman obviously didn't want to be there and quite honestly I didn't want her there neither. After all that waiting the tuna sandwich tasted rotten. I threw it in the garbage. Never again!

Waiting in line here ate up the 45 minutes I had to eat before a long day of flying. There were three people working but only two people doing anything and those ladies were disorganized and slow as molasses. I finally gave up and went over to the Pizza Hut next door (out in 5 minutes). People have planes to catch and don't have time to wait in line forever.

Didn't think I needed to check reviews for a Quiznos before getting food at this location but that was obviously a mistake. The customer service is horrible: several people in line abandoned hope and left before being served since it took three people (and seemingly an heroic amount of effort and time between them) to handle a single sandwich at a time. The food? Also horrible. I don't even know how it can be this dissimilar from other locations. What do they do to the food here? Where do they get/find it? Is it Subway leftovers from their location here? The best part was when the sandwich was given to me after having been laden with toppings I neither wanted nor asked for before being immediately shunned by the person behind the counter.

Came here on a Saturday morning with two friends and a toddler. There was no wait since we were okay sitting outside on the slightly windy and colder morning. The manager said we had to order inside when we were ready which I thought odd that he couldn't send someone to get our order in a couple minutes. Not a big deal but a but strange in my opinion seeing how there was someone who checked up on us occasionally after we got our food and refilled out coffee. I ordered the Mediterranean crepe and my friend got the California crepe while the other just got a blueberry pancake. The crepes were ok, we both thought an egg dish would have been a better choice. The home fries were on the saltier side with no herbs on them. I would come back again to try something heartier than a breakfast crepe. I wanted something light that morning and my Mediterranean crepe was light but nothing special on taste. Less than $40 for all three meals and two coffees.

This is not a Quiznos sandwich at all! Food was nasty! Was craving a Quiznos sandwich for the plane ride. I looove Quiznos... the Line was long service was rude and couldn't even get the sandwich right like they don't care. I ordered a premium and they just put turkey and lettuce. I asked them to make it correct and she said no. I asked for tomato's and she said no. They really don't care. Should've eaten at the Bud Light lounge. Worst $30 spent!

I enjoy Quiznos Subs. And with very few locations in Miami I would make it a point to come to their location on Bird Rd. This location Use to be good. This location appears family owned. The past few times they had a relative working the subs. He's not only rude but not very well with his Hygiene. The last time I walked in to get a sub he appeared to be sick. Kept sneezing. As I watch him make my sub this guy turned his head and sneezed so hard! All while my bread was in hands!!!! Completely disgusting. I don't think I will be going back to Quiznos unless Quiznos decides to open another location!

This spot has pretty tasty food, I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with curly fries, which was pretty big. Limited seating but if you go with a group they can snatch a table while you wait in line. Very friendly staff. I'd recommend checking it out!
