Visiting Miami I was very happy to find the shaved loly's that reminded me of my childhood. Unfortunately the customer service is very bad which makes one not really enjoy the shave ice and erases the good childhood memory.

Good Raspados in taste... but the attitude of the person who served us was despotic... since we entered he didn't even want to serve us as if we were going to ask him for a gift... a Nicaraguan treating another Nicaraguan badly... we came from Orlando excited to eat something traditional from our homeland but of course we will not come again…

Every I come and they are NEVER open on time. It is supposed time open at 1 PM and they don’t open until like 1:30. They clearly don’t care about their customers.
Delicious! Great place to have shaved ice. I had a relleno which is dulce de leche, pound cake, shaved ice and dulce de leche on top, WOW! that was awesome! Small location, reasonable prices, parking is a bit hard, bit well worth it!
