I want to say the young man taking orders and serving the tables was awesome! But the place needs a lot of TLC and looks really dirty. It looks like an abandoned restaurant and that will scare many customers. I doubt to order because of the nasty look but the young man attitude made me change my mind and give a shot. Didn’t like the arepa but the beef empanadas were good and made to order.

We came to eat and was close
I would never go back, I ordered a hamburger, the meat was poorly cooked in the center, it didn't taste good, I asked for pineapple sauce and they brought me an almost empty jar that looked like it went up. Then I wanted to use the bathroom, super dirty, smelly and without bath soap. Very bad experience.
Horrible not the samePlace a bunch of venezuelans marking up the price and stingy with the portionsi completely get all of what you are saying and Macdonald's is not truly a fair comparison to you establishment if you want to get down to bras tax your quantity of ingredients to make the substantially small portion your team of employees of venezuelan decent is marked up almost 800% than you actual cost not to include the mandatory gratuity charge which lets be frank the restaurant doesn't not cal for, and to validate my statements and or remarks am not the only one stating it also other individuals as well, and good luck on you new endeavors as for me would be the last time walk in to you establishment.
$6 for pericos eggs WITHOUT NOTHING ELSE, just 2 eggs with onion. Everywhere I have ordered the same thing, it includes an arepa as a side. Total theft.

Shady Restaurant! Hidden fees! They’re like a used car dealership or a cable company! Ordered a Bandeja Paisa for $21.99. — They charged my card almost $28! Almost 6 more!?!? They sneak in “tip” on take out and some random hidden fee. You don’t find out until AFTER they run your card. Then they argue with you and tell you it was “taxes” lol. Stay away!

Horrible, go to 137th and 152nd if you want a delicious fruit salad. the fruit salad was terrible half of the fruits were completely frozen couldn’t even bite into them. Also got charged fees for paying with a credit card the bill added up to over a hundred dollars $100 for 3 fruits salads. Not worth it. Go to the Colombian bakery on 152nd and 137th if you want a real fresh not frozen fruit salad. They are the best. Only came here because I was in the area but I will drive to the bakery next time.“It’s very curious” that your most recent reviews are trending downwards. I have no association to the other bakery people use reviews to go to places with good experiences so that’s what I’m trying to help with. When you went to school for basic math, did you forget to go to school for business administration? The customer service is so terrible reflects on your response, Not just mine but multiple reviews. I have gone through several of the most recent ones that have mostly been mostly one stars by the way and I don’t think that’s a coincidence, your response is condescending and entitled. “This one is a bot” “this one is an ad” “this one if fake” “come sit with me tell me how horrible your experience was while you eat a free meal” who in there right mind would go sit with you? Honest question, has anyone seen that response and thought “wow so generous of them to invite me to sit and eat with them in this horrible establishment” reviews are to give you, the business owner feedback and us the customers guidance so we spend our money in places that will give us positive experiences. You mentioned school, I would suggest going back. It’s sad to see the lack of awareness and the shaming of your customers. “You were charged incorrectly, it’s your fault you should of called the manager” “my employee tried to get more tip from you, come here I will show you the group chat where I told them I was taking their tips” really? How professional of you to shame your own employees instead of taking ownership, sincerely apologizing and making it better for the next customer. Instead of how could I as a business owner have prevented this from happening you jump to how could you as a customer prevented it. Did you read the bold font, did you question the employee, did you call a manager. “Were you being held at gunpoint, or with a butter knife on your neck?” Who says that? I really hope this helps you do better. I wouldn’t be surprised if your business were to close in the next few years.

It used to be a good place to go years ago! Inside the restaurant and in the bathroom there is a sewer smell. I do not recommend it. Too much delay in serving.

Never ordering from here again. The chicken looks like rat food, all my food was cold and stale and on top of that, it took over 1.5 hours for me to receive my food due to the restaurant being so unorganized. I also see that the owner like to reply to people’s negative reviews. So unprofessional and nasty behavior.

I was with my girlfriend when I suddenly saw a man really angry yelling to other customers, thank god I know Spanish because that guy was the owner and was in a rampage agains to young woman’s that where buying there, not only he was disrespecting the place, the people around or the young lady’s, he was getting really violent that I thought that I need to step up, thankfully everything didn’t escalate enough but my girlfriend was really afraid of that man and THAT MAN OWN THE PLACE, I don’t give 0 stars because is impossible, but I don’t recommend anyone to go there with such a neurotic owner, hope the girls are ok!!
