Ray's Cakes is the best! From the 1st time my friend got my birthday cake from here i started buying it from here each year. Before I have a party everyone is asking me will I have this cake. I love that they have the cakes readily available in different sizes some with more raisins some with less if you don't like them. If its your birthday they will give you something to put on top. The service is great, the cake is delicious! If you're looking for the best rum cake look no further Ray's Cakes is where its at. My sister's birthday is on Monday and all she wants for her birthday is this cake haha that should tell you how good it is!

My sister always comes around the holidays and we always look forward to the rum cake. I was in town visiting her and finally found Rays Cakes myself. The inside isn't glamorous at all but the cakes and their selections are displayed. This rum cake is my go to pick! The cashier took my order quickly and I was gone in less than ten minutes. This is a 🇭🇹 gem spot! What was more impressive to me is that there was all nationalities coming for the rum cakes and muffins!

Let me start off by saying I don’t like cake. I had tried a piece of cake at a party and was mesmerized with the taste. The rum cake is absolutely delicious, moist and flavorful. I bought a mini rum cake as a last-minute treat for a get together after that first encounter and it did not disappoint. The young lady that attended me was very friendly. I left also with a cupcake to try before the party 👩🏽🍳🤌🏼- You’ll be seeing me again

I had a terrible experience at Ray’s Cakes 16606 N Miami Ave Miami, FL 33169 The “owner” Marlon was very rude and disrespectful to me. I ordered rum cupcakes and he gave me cupcakes soaked in rum to the point my guests didn’t enjoy them.. I went back the next day expecting to at least get the remaining rum cupcakes replaced. Instead I received such poor customer service from the time I entered the establishment and he noticed there was an issue. He took the cupcakes in the back and brought them back out and said have a nice day. I noticed the cupcakes were the exact same cupcakes, I brought it to his attention by calling him back to the front from the lobby. He looked at me in disgust and took them in the back for the second time. After 10min he brought them back out and slammed them on the counter and walked to the back without exchanging a word.. I left the establishment never to return… Customer service goes a long way. I would not recommend this place to anyone

I ordered a rum cake for my mother’s birthday and my mother tasted it and she said it was horrible. And by the next morning , the cake was completely spoiled. Waste of money.

The worst customer service ever!!!! I called in Thursday 48 hours to place an order for a medium size cake for pickup on Saturday, the young lady who took the order took my name down, and provided me with a price. Saturday I arrive at Ray’s cake to pick up the cake order and there was no record of me placing an order. They are unprofessional and didn’t even try to accommodate me after telling and trying to show her I had phone record showing I called Rays Cake that Thursday having a two minute conversation. Customer service goes a long way and Rays cakes lacks that.
