****Bad Customer Service ALERT****
I had a terrible experience at Rayâs Cakes 16606 N Miami Ave Miami, FL 33169 The âownerâ Marlon was very rude and disrespectful to me. I ordered rum cupcakes and he gave me cupcakes soaked in rum to the point my guests didnât enjoy them.. I went back the next day expecting to at least get the remaining rum cupcakes replaced. Instead I received such poor customer service from the time I entered the establishment and he noticed there was an issue. He took the cupcakes in the back and brought them back out and said have a nice day. I noticed the cupcakes were the exact same cupcakes, I brought it to his attention by calling him back to the front from the lobby. He looked at me in disgust and took them in the back for the second time. After 10min he brought them back out and slammed them on the counter and walked to the back without exchanging a word.. I left the establishment never to return⊠Customer service goes a long way. I would not recommend this place to anyone

I ordered a rum cake for my motherâs birthday and my mother tasted it and she said it was horrible. And by the next morning , the cake was completely spoiled. Waste of money.
The worst customer service ever!!!! I called in Thursday 48 hours to place an order for a medium size cake for pickup on Saturday, the young lady who took the order took my name down, and provided me with a price. Saturday I arrive at Rayâs cake to pick up the cake order and there was no record of me placing an order. They are unprofessional and didnât even try to accommodate me after telling and trying to show her I had phone record showing I called Rays Cake that Thursday having a two minute conversation. Customer service goes a long way and Rays cakes lacks that.

Honestly, the cake itself would 5 stars, but Iâve had something that came and started calling since Friday because I needed that cake for Monday, but since they close Monday I was trying to call to make payment over the phone because Iâm arriving to Miami on Monday, so I wasnât able to go over the place to place the order. The machine keeps answering the phone. Best cake ever but not as much convenient. They need to do better. And honestly Iâll always buy cake from them because I donât know any other places that sales the best.

Best cake ever!
Let me start off by saying I donât like cake. I had tried a piece of cake at a party and was mesmerized with the taste. The rum cake is absolutely delicious, moist and flavorful. I bought a mini rum cake as a last-minute treat for a get together after that first encounter and it did not disappoint. The young lady that attended me was very friendly. I left also with a cupcake to try before the party đ©đœâđłđ€đŒ- Youâll be seeing me again
